This property offers shared tennis courts, heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna included, and a private entrance to Sunset Ridge park complete with trails and breathtaking views of the Newport Beach peninsula and children's play area. Great ocean breezes will make your stay very comfortable.

PARKING: room for 4 cars, 2 cars in the common parking area and 2 cars in the driveway. Camper vans are not permitted within the community.

HOUSE RULES: You must be 30 years of age. An additional damage deposit may be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $2K will be required.

NO PARTIES: No parties, gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or portion of refundable damage deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9pm. No extra guests other than the guests listed in your group.

NO SMOKING: No Smoking on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of the home can result in loss of damage deposit and forfeiting a portion of charges.

NO PETS: No pets allowed on the property at any time.

COVID 19: For last minute reservations, we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment.
