Elegant villa with spectacular view between the beach and the mountains
Elegant villa in one of Spain's most stunning landscapes, at the green foot of the alpine Picos de Europa National Park and only a 15 minute drive from beautiful Atlantic beaches with waves that attract surfers from around the world. Large and luminous 6-bedroom house with spectacular views of the Picos de Europa. Large double-height living-dining-room with a fireplace, and a large family room on the second floor with tv. Large private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
On the first floor are 2 master bedrooms with a 160cm double bed and their own bathroom each, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds, and another bathroom. The second floor has a family room, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds each, and a bathroom.
The reduced rental for up to 8 guests, only available in low season for bookings of over 3 nights, does not include access to the second floor, which will remain closed. To be able to use the second floor, please request a booking for 12 guests.
Very close to the house is the 5* Hotel Puebloastur, with an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a Spa-complex.

This beautiful house belongs to my close friend Nacho, a photographer who lives in Madrid but whose family comes from the village of Cofiño, where he spent all his childhood holidays. As I know the house well, have had excellent experiences renting out our own country house in Spain, and can attend our guests in several languages, he asked me to give him a hand with the holiday rentals of his country home. I am an art dealer of Dutch-American-German origin.
Why they chose this property
Nacho and his brother Alejandro built this house several years ago in the village where their mother's family is from, and where they spent all their summers as children. The house was planned to hold many large gatherings amongst family and friends, and a great effort was made so that all guests can be perfectly comfortable.
What makes this property unique
Perfect house for enjoying enjoying the best of the region in total comfort, from mountains hikes next to the house or in the nearby Picos de Europa, of which it offers breath-taking views, to relaxing days spent on the most beautiful beaches of the Asturian coast.
