A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath beach townhouse that sits only yards away from the sandy shores of Mexico Beach! Fully equipped electric kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, washer and dryer, CH/AC, Smart TV, and all the beach amenities imagable: beach towels, beach cart, and more! Both bedrooms offer full baths. The master bedroom has a private balcony that allows a limited beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs features a large family room and dining for six. The family room has a full sleeper sofa and a smart tv/dvd player. Also, downstairs a laundry room, kitchen, and half bath. Grill up your catch on a gas grill in a private fenced patio. No need to worry about linens, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels because this home has your family prepared to enjoy your getaway without the hassles!
The location of this townhouse is 200 yards from public beach assess. Go one block and you’re on the porch of the Mexico Beach Marina which can prepare you for all of your fishing needs. Also, there is a beach equipment rental company that rents bikes, kayaks, and golf carts within walking distance. Browse the cute beach shops and coffee shop right down the road as well as a variety of food trucks which include BBQ and pizza. Enjoy the many restaurants available in Port St Joe-15 minutes away. The nearest Walmart is 30 minutes away. Enjoy the Gulf breeze, spectacular sunsets, emerald waters where the dolphins play, and only steps to the white sandy beach. Plenty of of space for five of us in a nicely decorated condo near the beach. We were just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mexico Beach. Perfect place to stay!

This condo was perfect for my families vacation. Everything we needed was there. The beach chairs and wagon weee perfect for a couple of days at the beach. We loved the quiet of Mexico Beach!

Great place to stay!

Very clean, nice updates throughout. Townhouse is within walking distance to the beach, but no pets allowed on Mexico Beach. The pier has not yet been replaced. I thought the location was convenient to great food trucks, gift shops, and nearby public beaches that allow pets.

Perfect house for our family of 4

The house was cute just as described. The perfect little beach house. It would have been nice to have had a tv in both bedrooms. There were some spots that could have been cleaner. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Dated and needs attention

The unit was in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The floors were filthy and some of the bedding was stained. The couches were extremely worn - almost like someone has been jumping on them. We were glad to be back in Mexico Beach, but we were disappointed with this unit.

Love the place and the access to the beach. We had one problem, but I think it’s our own fault. For some reason we didn’t have the actual house number when we arrived, although you sent that in the first corresponce. Once I checked the early correspondence, I found the house number and everything worked out.

We loved the townhome and the beach vibes inside and out. Check in was very easy and straightforward. No issues whatsoever. The townhome was in a great location just 1/2 block from the beach and steps from a pizza truck which was an added surprise. The Townhome is clean, cozy and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer, will be back again if available. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect!

We come for a memorial for a week in August every year and this townhouse was perfect for our little group! My son ended up not coming with me and my mom at the last minute, but even if he had, we would have had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely look for availability for next year!
