Lakefront Cottage on the South Shore of Crystal Lake

Our family cottage is located on the desirable south shore of Crystal Lake – where the family-friendly speed limit is always a ‘snail’s pace’ and bicycles have the right of way. 
A perfect place for a families and friends to get-together. The open-floor layout features a large kitchen equipped with all the major appliances and provides gorgeous panoramic views of the lake from its wrap-around deck, all overlooking the 85’ of private sandy beach directly across the road from the cottage. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, and cocktails during the majestic sunrises and sunsets over the lake.

The cottage is very conveniently located just minutes from downtown Frankfort and Beulah for main street shopping, excellent restaurants, movie theater, churches, and catching Lake Michigan sunsets at nearby Point Betsie Lighthouse.  Rent bikes for the day and travel the Betsie Valley Trails, visit nearby wineries, or explore the Frankfort Marina Fishing Charters – home to world-famous salmon fishing.
Since acquiring the cottage in 2015, we have seen extensive wildlife at the cottage including numerous Deer, Bald Eagles, Bobcats, Foxes, Rabbits, Minks, Raccoons, Skunks, Owls, Woodpeckers, Great Blue Herons, Swans, Ducks, and song birds. You are a guest in their home as well, so please enjoy their company and respect their home. 

A number of golf courses are located around the lake and even more only a short drive north or south on M22. 

Other perks this home includes are a large first-floor main bedroom, multiple elegantly renovated marble bathrooms with walk-in showers, beautiful hardwood floors, a new stone fireplace, and most importantly 85 feet of private sandy beach on Crystal Lake including dock and floating swim raft.

Towels and Linens
Clean bath towels, hand towels, face clothes and bedding for each bed is included with your stay.  \

Housekeeping
Following your stay a skilled team of cleaners will clean the cottage for the next guest.  We only ask you keep the messes to a minimum and dispose of trash and recycling in the provided receptacles.  

Security
There are active surveillance cameras monitoring the outdoors of the cottage.  

Pets
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. 

Parking
Parking is available on the driveway.  Please keep the number of vehicles to 4 or less.  
Absolutely NO parking on the front yard and NO overnight parking on the road. 
Please ensure to not block any other properties and only park in the driveway.

Age Restriction
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

FIREWORKS only permitted per Crystal Lake Township ordinance.
