My 3000 square-foot home sleeps 13 people: there are 6 bedrooms, sleepng 14 guests in mattresses: 2K, 2Q, & 5T. There are 2 kitchens, fully equipped and stocked with extensive kitchen prep appliances, equipment and staples, finished basement, family room, dining areas, etc. It is a big house on 10 acres with plenty of space for entertaining and hanging out. There is a large, 20 X 40, 30K gallon, inground pool, with a spacious fenced in concrete deck and sunporch, plenty of outdoor lounge and patio furniture, all surrounded by perennial gardens. A perfect venue for a summer wedding, graduation party, family reunion, or hosting a business event.

There is availability for building a fire; a large fire pit and seating is pretty accommodating of a large group, you will need to bring the bigger logs. As for kindling and other good branches for burning; my property is littered with fallen limbs that are yours to use, just for the effort of picking them up.

My place is close to Michigan State University, Lansing~Capital of Michigan, Brookshire Inn & Golf Club, Williamston Theatre, Antiques Market of Williamston, Wheatfield Valley Golf Club, Burgdorf’s Winery, Old Nation Brewing Company, Gracie’s Contemporary Bistro, Red Cedar Grill, Tavern 109, RiverHouse Inn, and Thai Nation Bistro. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups/event hosting.
