This is a two bedroom with a kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertop. The bathroom has tile throughout as well as a tile shower. There is a table that seats four and a loveseat in the living room. Relax out by the pool with great views of the sunset. Screened in lanai offers a great place to eat, drink, and watch the sunset! The docks on the canal offer a quick route to the Gulf with no bridges. Docks can accommodate up to 26' boats with a draft of less than approximately 24". Sunny beaches are just a short boat ride or drive away!

Serene little getaway

This was a very cute two bedroom in a serene and semi secluded area. We didn’t realize we were right on the water. The pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect location with lots to do close by! We would definitely stay here again.

Well located, full equipped

Everything you need , pool, laudry, etc. Well located. Only 20 min from Marco Island, 5 min from the 5 th. It was Perfect!

Property is in an excellent location, close to downtown Naples, beaches, stores, convenient to from Marco Island too. Loved the pool set up and grounds. Apartment was comfortable, clean it was good to have 2 bedroom with out family. Amenities in the apartment were very good, could have a bit more utensils in the kitchen. The only one thing that needs work is the air conditioning system. The motor is very loud when running, needs attention.
