Great place and location

Comfortable and clean place. Beautiful view of ocean and beach from balcony. Very convenient location for beach and for boardwalk area. We would stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Honeymoon at Myrtle Beach

Great location, we felt very safe. Nice restaurants close we didn’t get in our car for 4 days. Pools aren’t heated and the couch is past it’s prime. Great place to stay…

Relaxing week at the beach!

Property was as described and shown in pictures. Balcony with beach view was great. So close to the water, perfect for us with our little ones. Place was clean and owner was good to work with.

Great view/location

Great experience! My family of 5 fit comfortably. It was great having the lazy river and pool. The beach was right out the back door. My son played at the Cal Ripken Experience and we were nice and close to everything.

Cantleberry stay

Was not impressed with the unit. It smelled, needs updated. The lock on the patio door was so hard to open. Blankets on the bed was very scratchy and uncomfortable, bedding needs replaced. The shower was hard to get into because the bathtub sides are so tall.

Myrtle Beach Vacation 2019

This property worked perfectly for us. Dont let the fact that it's a one bedroom deter you from renting this condo. We are a family of 5 and we had enough room with the pull out couch and in wall murphy bed. Good floorplan with full kitchen and washer and dryer.

I loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. I personally thought the wall bed was the most comfortable believe it or not. I will stay here again. The only issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. It was not a big deal though.

Property staff ROCKS!

This is located very close to the busiest strip in MB. With so many people walking by, and through the property, the maintenance staff kept the place super clean! Security was good, too. Only thing to beware of is the wandering crazies that float around this area. One threatened my 12 year old with a stick and swearing just outside the pool gate.

Brian’s condos

We stayed at the Atlantica Condo. Very impressive condo. We needed to call Brian on arrival as our toilet wasn’t flushing properly. He responded immediately and arrived later that evening. He was very personable and fixed the problem. We will definitely book with Brian’s Condos again.

Relaxing Paradise

We have been coming to MB for the past 11 years and 8 of them we rented from Brian. He is always available and quick to respond. We never had any issues and we plan to keep on renting from him in the future. We also love the condo at Atlantica. Much bigger than the one bedroom condos we rented in the past. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were really nice and the best part in my opinion is that it has a washer and drier in the apartament. The grounds and pools are also clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay!

Although the unit and building are a little older, pleased at how clean it was when we arrived. Easy check-in with a call to get the lock codes. Updated with new kitchen, appliances, carpeting and flooring. Beds were great. Balcony overlooking pools and beach, perfect. Could use a new coat of paint and the sofa and chair are old. Parking a block away inconvienent.
