About this property
Casablanca Cottage - 1/2 block to Queen Street - Pet friendly, 3 bedroom 3 bath
July and August full week rentals only weeks start and end on Sundays.
The location is as good as it gets: The house is ½ block from Queen Street, the grocery store and The Royal George Theatre.
The front porch has seating for 6 people to sip wine and toast the horse and buggy crowd as they pass. The private side garden is your outdoor dining room with a Moroccan tile table and a Weber gas BBQ.
Inside the house are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two single beds. Each bedroom is supplied with two thick bath towels; hand towels are in the washrooms. The house has three washrooms, two of which have showers.
The kitchen has everything you need to eat at home and is open to the dining and living rooms making for great entertaining. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a cool day and on a warm afternoon you can open all of the windows and let summer in! If it is too hot, the house has central AC.
There is a flat screen TV with a High Definition feed. There are also about 100 movies on VCR (yes old). The house has fibre optic Wi-Fi with 150 up and 150 down.

About the host
Hosted by Don George

My wife and I love Niagara on the Lake and we love to restore historic homes. We also like to see people enjoying their vacation. We have been able to accomplish all of the above by purchasing two lovely old homes in the heart of old town. We treat them like our own second home and decorate them the way our own home is decorated. I hope you enjoy Casablanca cottage and Marrakech Mansion as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
If you love the old town, love old houses, love being able to walk everywhere, then this is the house for you! All that and I think the best front porch in town.
What makes this property unique
Location has to be number one! The fun colours inside and out, the open dining plan and private side garden are all wonderful.
