Leider ein Flop

Das Haus ist im Grunde nicht schlecht, renoviert stimmt, hell und freundlich wirkt es auch. Die steilen Auf- und Abgänge sind auf den Fotos zu sehen. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Etage und ist durch eine ziemlich steile Treppe erreichbar. Das bequem aussehende Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist leider durch ein schmales, hartes und unbequemes Schlafsofa ohne Lehnen ersetzt worden. SAT TV nur in italienisch. In der Küche gibt es weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch einen Wasserkocher oder Toaster. Schneebesen, Rührgerät, Verlängerungsschnur, leider alles Fehlanzeige. Das schlimmste ist allerdings das Untergeschoss in dem sich Bad und Schlafzimmer befinden. Hier kommt keine Sonne und auch kaum wärme an, dementsprechend ist alles einschließlich der katastophalen recht schmalen Matratze klamm, modrig und feucht. Ein Entfeuchtungsgerät steht praktischerweise neben dem Bett. Dieses schaltet sich alle paar Stunden, wegen max Füllstand erreicht aus, in der Nacht kann man es wegen der Lautstärke nicht durchlaufen lassen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön, obwohl das mit dem schwimmen in der direkten Umgebung nicht stimmt, selbst bei Hochwasser, nicht ganz ungefährlich, geht einem das Wasser in den größeren Becken nur bis knapp über das Knie. Die Anfahrt ist ziemlich abenteuerlich, nur eine Straße in die Berge, wenn man dort oben bleibt ist es noch okay, will man aber öfter in die Stadt oder an den Strand bzw. die Küste muß man Serpentinen mögen und braucht auch eine schmerzfreie Beifahrerin (Beifahrer) An- Abfahrt jeweils ca. 25 Minuten. Jedenfalls haben wir den Urlaub entnervt nach 8 satt 21 Tagen müde und geschwächt abgebrochen. Der Vermieter (wirklich nett und sympathisch) hat freundlich lächelnd Verständnis bekundet aber weder eine Entschädigung oder Erstattung in irgend einer Form angeboten.

luogo fantastico

siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti di tutto che è persino difficile esprimerlo a parole........abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana....la casa è perfetta, la gente del posto è cordiale ed ospitale, tutti sempre molto disponibili, ci hanno fatto assaggiare tutti i loro prodotti (olio e verdure) il luogo è fantastico il torrente è meraviglioso.....cercheremo di ritornarci perchè abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili ed il nostro cagnolino si è divertito un sacco......grazie di tutto sia ai proprietari che ai loro parenti che ci hanno consigliato ed accolto con grande cordialità....grazie ancora....Lucia, Matteo ed Aron.

Ein wunderschönes, 3-stöckiges Steinhaus mit hohem Comfort. Direkt unten am Fluss sind herrliche Schwimmgumpen, sehr groß und tief.Viel besser als die überfüllten Bezahlstrände 20 km weiter. Im Ort gibt es einen Laden, und der Bruder des Vermieters kocht am WE gegenüber für angemeldete Gäste zum günstigen Menüpreis. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schöne Wandergegend. Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare oder Familie mit Kindern.
