Plenty of day trips near by to local towns on the west coast of Florida. Shops, restaurants, beaches are close by. Tampa International Airport is just 30-40 minutes away. Enjoy beautiful Caladesi and Honeymoon Islands, Fred Howard Park located just 10 minutes away in Dunedin, Florida. Located in a gated community complete with a security. Nice location; excellent host

Kim was amazing and went out of her way to make our party comfortable. The house is beautifully maintained. And it’s super convenient to all the great stuff this part of Florida has to offer.

Vacation house

House itself was very nice however Garage door opener was wore out and quit working, we were accused of breaking it so Insurance was charge for a garage door opener also was accused of plugging up sewer system in the bathroom Which insurance company also paid for. My wife and I did nothing to plug up their sewer system I would recommend anyone renting this house purchase the insurance. We have rented many Vrbo Properties never had any issues with anyone else.

Florida winter getaway.

Loved the area around Tarpon Springs. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Close to the beaches and great restaurants. Great getaway. The Amenities should include an ironing board (for those who still iron) and be updated to eliminate items listed that are not available.

Perfect Stay

Ideal location with the Pinellas Trail just outside the development and virtually 15 minutes or less to anywhere you would want to go. The house was beautiful and spacious with several televisions and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor lanai had ample seating and the Weber grill was much appreciated. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and towels. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and Kim was the perfect host. Would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay there again.
