Great for adults and kids! Lovely, QUIET, private home with pool in a cul-de-sac. Stay indoors or enjoy the outdoors. Family and pet-friendly. Conveniently located near parks, beaches, gold courses, grocery stores, shops, restaurants and many attractions. Tampa and Clearwater (20 miles), DisneyWorld (90 minutes), Beaches (10 MINUTES!!) This property is fenced, great for pets. House is stocked just about everything you need: towels, linen, kitchen appliances, utensils, and more. All tiled floors. More information available upon request. Also, there is a Ring Doorbell at the exterior front entrance however no cameras are in the interior and no other cameras on the exterior.

Fred and I met each other in Los Angeles, California, where we both worked -- Fred as an Account Executive, Karen as a Project Executive. Retired and moved to Washington, Pennsylvania, for elderly parents. Joined a community nonprofit organization as President, Secretary/Treasurer, for 6 years, created the Mending Fences Program to help qualified low-income homeowners to repair their homes to continue living in them. Wow, what fun experiences and lifetime relationships have been built! Recently retired from the nonprofit and moved to New Port Richey. We intend to live life to the fullest. We like sharing our home with fellow travelers since we travel quite a bit.

Why they chose this property

We found this wonderful home in a friendly community with great neighbors. It's all one level and easy to move around without bumping into each other. The rooms are spacious. It's a great home-away-from-home without the feeling of being in a timeshare or resort. Everything a person would want is within easy reach, such as the local grocery store stocked with everything including wine and beer! There's a wonderful park within about a mile to go hiking or biking, as well as beaches where you can rent bikes, kayaks, and more!

What makes this property unique

We knew this was the right time for us as soon as we walked into the front door. The immediate view of the open living area and the pool beyond it. Very spacious living spaces. Plenty of choices on eating areas or for playing cards or other games. The pool area has its own bathroom so no traipsing wet through the house.
