We love sharing our little piece of paradise with other boating families. It is an amazing experience boating in the saltwater. St. Joseph Sound and Anclote Key are full of opportunities for seeing all kinds of marine and bird life. Boating out to the North Sandbar is like going to a piece of the Bahamas.

We absolutely love this waterfront community. It is quiet and perfect for small families and kids. For the sportsman, the fishing opportunities are endless. This community is where we will call home in a few years.
