Wonderful vacation home

We absolutely loved the time we spent in Mike's beautifully furnished home! After a day playing in the Florida sunshine, it was wonderful to relax in the pool, hot tub and outside patio. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise!

The house, furnishings, beds, kitchen, bathrooms- impeccable; the backyard sitting area, hot tub, fire pit, gorgeous big dock- impeccable. Response time with any questions- impeccable! High speed internet- impeccable! Can you tell we loved this rental and location? We will return (and will definitely go on the 2 George’s deep sea fishing boat again!)

The house was exactly as described, great neighborhood, house was clean and comfy. Pool and dock area were wonderful and relaxing. We were scheduled to arrive on August 30th, precisely the same time as hurricane Idalia. Mike, the homeowner stayed in constant contact with us, even sending pictures to let us know the property did not sustain any damage. We only missed one day of our vacation and was offered to make up for it on the back end of the dates we had reserved. Everything was great about this rental, from the rental itself to the communication with Mike. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike for sharing your beautiful rental property.

Great Winter Break

We spent almost 5 weeks in this beautifully maintained home. It is located in a palm tree lined residential area about a mile off a major highway. Every possible necessityfrom groceries, clothes, restaurants, pharmacies, and emergency medical care is within 5 minutes away.Although the signs of hurricane damage are obvious throughout the neighborhood, people are working diligently to repair and place their homes. Mike, the owner of our property, did an amazing job of having this home repaired in time for our visit in the first week of February. Freshly painted, all new appliances, new comfortable furniture, beautifully hardscaped back yard were all evidence of his hard work. My husband spent almost all of his time fishing off the very large, spacious dock. Unfortunately for me, it was too cold to swim in the unheated pool, and the hot tub/spa was still suffering the effects of water damage and could not be used either. However, just simply reading and relaxing and soaking up the sun and warmth kept me happy. Mike was a gracious host who stopped by our second day there to take care of the pool and handle a few minor things. He checked in on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing ok. He was always easy to reach and returned calls right away.It was a great winter break!

Relaxing Family Vacay

Impeccable rental! Very clean and well maintained. Mike, the host, was very responsive but not intrusive. We chose this rental for its amenities and central location to the activities we had planned but truly could have spent the entire week just at the house. We enjoyed the outdoor living space so much - pool, spa, tv, dock - amazing views! We spent time on Anclote Key sandbar, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and kayaked/paddleboarded Weeki Watchee Springs. We highly recommend this rental. There's only one thing that could make it better: replace the Florida Gator blanket on the couch with a GA Bulldog one! :))) Go Dawgs!!

Beautiful Home on canal

The summer stay was perfect. The home is beautiful, inside and out. Large rooms completely updated with a kitchen that has everything you could imagine needing. The outside is perfect with a pool, hot tub and outdoor TV, all well maintained. The dock is very large and perfect for boating in the area. Owner was very available for any questions that we had. Stay was very relaxing, can't wait to go back.

Keys Style Rental

A great house and a great owner. My wife and I rented the house for 2 weeks. We wished that it was for 2 months! We brought our boat with us. The boat dock was perfect. The owner "Mike" was very supportive and helpful with our boat logistics. The streets are narrow in the neighborhood and the boat/trailer storage facilities around New Port Richey are full. If you bring a boat, book a place to store the trailer early. We hope to stay again sometime soon.

Dream home!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and it never disappoints! Everything about it is perfect - from the comfortable beds and furniture to the beautiful outdoor space. We enjoyed our time in the pool, hot tub, and watching for wildlife on the back deck. We saw a sea turtle this year and a dolphin swam right up beside of the dock! It was exciting and gorgeous. Mike is a great host and is always quick to respond! We would love to stay here again in the future!

The property was great and the pictures don't do it justice its a beautiful house inside and out. My kids had a blast swimming everyday and fishing off the floating dock at night. Mike the owner was quick to reply every time we needed anything. Next time we return to the area on vacation we will certainly check availability this property first.

Great House, Great Owner

The property was very nice and the owner was incredibly responsive. As an example, it was Bowl week and we wanted to watch some football. We found that the cable package did not include ESPN - when I asked Michael about it, he immediately added the sports stations to his monthly service so we could enjoy the games. In addition, he answered any other questions I had almost immediately. The home and backyard are very conducive to entertaining and my daughter really enjoyed the hot tub. All in all, a very nice experience. I would rent this property again and I would recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful vacation home....

Home was recently renovated both inside and out. Comfortable layout, excellent construction, high end finishes and furnishings. The outdoor area was really enjoyable. Mike was great to talk to, and helpful with answering any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire home was very clean. We rented a boat just minutes away and had a great day at the Sandbar. Hope to be back again soon!

This home is top notch inside and out. Mike was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything which wasn’t much. The outside patio is huge and the hot tub was amazing under the stars. Everything is new and well kept. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
