About this property

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom clean condo with a double balcony overlooking beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. The unit is located right across the street from Madeira Beach. There is a crosswalk right in front of the building for guests to cross safely and quickly. Famous Johns Pass is less than a block away with restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and even dolphin and fishing tours. You can rent bikes and even jet skis right n the Johns Pass area. There is so much to do for the whole family. The unit has beds for 6 with a fold out futon in the master bedroom if you need more room. There are flat screen T.V.'s in all rooms with ceiling fans. Come and enjoy the beach life whether that means sipping some wine on your balcony and watching the boats go out to the Bay or enjoying some night life down the strip. There is so much to do, you'll want to come back just to see what else you may have missed!

Better than the pictures

We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was better than pictured. Loved having a balcony, large washer, dryer and 2 full sized bathrooms. Not sure if beach chairs are always there or left behind, but was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable, futon was alright. Unit was very clean. Walking distance to Johns Pass and restaurants. Having a crosswalk right out front was more important than you would think! Communication with host was always pleasant and very fast.

Enjoy Sunrise on the Balcony

Coffee on the balcony as sunrise over looking the Marina watching the dolphins cruising by was magical. Everything was as advertised with no surprises. Being within easy walking distance of John’s Pass with the activity’s, shops, and restaurants was definitely a plus. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Great location

I felt the housekeepers didn’t clean the property. The renter is charged a lot of money for a cleaning and the cleaning company is doing a lousy job.

Awesome Condo

Was a beautiful condo with great views of the marina. Also, just a short walk to beach and John’s Pass-which was such a fun place with so many restaurants & shops. Definitely will be back.

Amazing!!

This condo rental was very spacious, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats and beautiful sunrise from the balcony every morning! The beach is just right across the street and a very easy walk over with the cross walk right in front of the condo! The best part of this location was walking distance to John’s Pass! You honestly don’t need to drive anywhere, just walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops! I walked there every morning and watched the boats going out and all the businesses getting ready for their day! Just a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly people! I highly recommend this condo and beautiful little beach town! Will definitely be returning soon!!! Kathy B! 😎
