About this property

Spacious updated beachfront condo where you can enjoy spectacular Gulf Views and Sunsets from the comfort of your private balcony, living room and bedrooms. Just a short walk across Gulf Blvd. to access the beautiful white sugary sand beach. Plenty of room for the entire family, or romantic weekend, friends reunion and more! This waterfront community has a heated pool, private marina, grill, fitness center, recreational hall and private covered parking. John's Pass Village is a short 6 minute walk.

This spacious condo features (2) bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), (2) baths, full kitchen, views from all windows and a private balcony with views of the gulf, intracoastal waterway and more!

Living room features full-size pull out couch, smart TV w/local cable, books, in-unit washer & dryer, and more. Everything to make your Beach Retreat feel like home.

The main bedroom features a king sized bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and access to the private balcony.

Second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo and features a queen bed.

The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located near the living/kitchen area and features a walk-in shower.

Our kitchen includes dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more for cooking along with a coffee pot, coffee filters, etc...

Our condo includes a complete linen set, beach and bath towels, beach chairs/umbrella, a beach cart and more, a starter set of paper goods, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish-washing soap and trash bags, free parking for (1) vehicle, and free WiFi access throughout your stay.

Very Nice Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, easy to access, great location (walking distance to John's Pass). Loved the keyless entry! Loved the Beach wagon and chairs! We will stay again!

Great week at Madeira Beach!

Second time at this property, first time in this condo. Unit is in nice shape. Awesome view from the balcony. Well appointed with everything you need to go to the beach and cook meals. Fast Wi-Fi and full cable. Location is fantastic, really don’t need your car much. Gorgeous Madeira Beach sands right across the street, pedestrian lights make it easy to cross. Beach access is on one of the best stretches of the beach on Madeira(no concrete groins). Quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants at John’s Pass. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was clean and was close to the beach and John’s Pass. It was great having beach chairs, towels, and a beach wagon for our use. The owners were quick to respond to our emails. The furniture was very comfortable including the beds. We plan to return here again in the future.
