Ocean Front House in Newfoundland
My place is close to Ocean. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the people. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The Rental Property includes the top floor of the house which included 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room.
The Basement portion of the house is an apartment which is used for visiting family. The entranced between upstairs and basement has a locked door.
Both top floor and basement have separate main entrance.
Laundry is located in the basement and can be accessed with permission from the owner
Guest has full use of top floor including back Patio.
I don't live on site but my sister (Barbara) and her Husband (Bill) is nearby to assist and answer questions.

When entering Cook's Harbour turn left at the Church and the house is on left next to the General Store. (Decker's Clover Farm)
Cook's Harbour has a population of approximately 135 people with another 50 people in two nearby communities, (Wild Bight and Boat Harbour) It has two churches, 1 School, and a community center.
The community center house Town Hall, Post Office, and a Restaurant/Take-Out. The Restaurant/Take-Out is open most day from 4 PM until Closing. (?) On Saturday Nights, it will have a Dart Tournament depending on availability of players.
Decker's Clover Farm (General Store) carry a full line of Groceries and also have a Fuel Pump.

Going to the ends of the Earth.
This is a well supplied three bedroom home in Cook’s Harbour. We really enjoyed the kitchen capabilities for our evening meal and enjoyed our quiet nights sleep.

Wonderful
My wife and I can't express enough, just how comfortable we were made to feel. The house has a definite welcome home feeling, and is very well looked after. The hosts and indeed all of the local people we met were extremely friendly and accommodating. The nearby attractions are within an easy 1 hour drive. We would definitely return again.

Love Cook's Harbor
Such a unique little village. The house was nice & clean and lots of room. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The store next door had everything one could need. Everyone we met was so friendly & helpful. Only negative thing was no numbers on the houses.

Yea, that’s right. Wanna do Newfoundland right? Spend a few nights in Cooks Harbor. Plenty of wildlife, alien like barren wastelands, wide smiles and big hearts. Close enough to Santhinees (St Anthony’s) and L’Anse Aux Meadows with a few great restaurants like Lighthouse Keepers Cafe and The Norseman. Every time we left/returned to Cook's Harbor we saw either moose or caribou and many times both. Accommodations were clean, very roomy and at the perfect spot for a northern peninsula experience. Oh, there’s a light house so close so if you stay in the blue bedroom make sure to close the shade cuz it’ll light up your bedroom about every 20 seconds.
