My husband and I have been married for 29 years and have two amazing children, a 29-year-old son, and a 27-year-old daughter. I am a Digital Marketing Creator and my husband is an Analytical Analyst for the agriculture industry and Real Estate Broker.

Our attached guest unit is bright and spacious with modern amenities and a homey feel. It offers a private entrance and back porch with a sitting area, where you may enjoy the tropical landscaping and spot native butterflies.

This bedroom offers a queen size bed, plush pillows, and soft linens and a desk with chair.

BATHROOM

The modern design bathroom is fully tiled, has a walk-in shower, glass shower doors and is stocked with towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

DINING AND LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a dining table which sits 4 and a chic sofa which converts to a full-size bed.

KITCHENETTE

The unit also includes a kitchenette with granite countertop, refrigerator, hot plate cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A pot and pan, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, mugs, glasses, and cups are also available. The kitchenette is suited for basic cooking needs. NO OVEN - HOTPLATE for cooking.

The unit has a reverse-osmosis water filter, located on the kitchenette counter.

For beach days we will provide, two beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, volleyball, and cooler.

We offer two listings, the Hibiscus Cottage and the Jasmine Cottage. The units are attached; however, they offer complete privacy. Each unit offers its private entrance and deck patio with a sitting area.

We are a SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. If you are a smoker this is not the place for you.

We want you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. In the unlikely event that something is not to your satisfaction, we would appreciate that you bring it to our attention immediately and we will do our best to correct it without delay.

THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON PREMISES

No smoking or drugs inside or on the property.

We love to conserve energy and appreciate your assistance in doing so. Please turn off all lights, fans and TV anytime you leave the unit and the porch light before going to sleep.

Please park in front of the blue ADT sign. All other spots are reserved for other guests or ourselves.

No pets allowed.

No parties or events.

A hot plate and microwave are available for cooking.

Due to COVID-19 - NO guest are allowed. Maximum occupancy 2 persons per unit.

The central A/C unit thermostat is locked. If you need the temperature adjusted please message us your desired temperature and we will remotely set it for you.

Please DO NOT discard any garbage in the toilet, including toilet paper, as we are on a septic system. In the past, guests have clogged the toilets and Roto-Rooter charges $375 per visit.

Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Quiet time is at 10:00 PM.

TRASH: Located on the east side of the front of the property, adjacent to the parking space. Green bin is for regular garbage and bins with the yellow lids are for recycling. Garbage pick-up is Wednesday and Saturday.

Premises Protected by 24-Hour Audio and Video Surveillance, 8 cameras located on the outside of the property.
