The only thing my husband and I liked about our stay was the park it was in. It was quite, people were friendly, heated pool, and daily activities. Now for the trailer it self was dirty, host personal belongings were left out, bed not comfortable, only main door was a screen door that didn't lock very well so items not very secure, main bedroom is on a sunporch not very private at all, blinds broken not complete, not much hot water so showers had to be VERY! quick 2-3 mins max! Toliet didnt work very well. T.V. only had a few channels when it did work.

Lack of tv and internet

If you want to watch television or have internet this is not the place to rent. We had internet/television 5 days and none for 13 days. The host seemed to think it was our responsibility to correct the problem. A storm door offers very little security and was very difficult to lock. Only 2 bath towels were provided. The lock box is two inches from the ground, I had to lay on the ground to open it. This is the first VRBO we visited that did not have detailed information regarding the area and the facility.

Really?

This is not a beach cottage but an older trailer with an additional lanai contains the LR and one bedroom that had no windows. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to get the owner to put cable TV or even get reliable WiFi. The beach was a 10 min ride and the community is very nice. This was a COVID escape for me but was way overpriced for what I received. Keep looking

My Name is Bettina Gleissner, was born in Germany. Going to University and work as a Therapist for Acupuncture. My Hubby is working as a Chef in Mallorca, Spain. That's why we live in Mallorca. Have 2 Child's, Boys. Part time we enjoyed to live in beautiful Naples Florida. So we choose to buy that little, cozy Beach House and we did remodeling all new. We're very pleased to rent out our house any months a year!
Our guests are very welcome and we try to make your stay comfortable and unique.

We both this property in that friendly Community, we like the nice people here. Pool is always clean, water perfect temperature. It's a Church Service on Sundays, a Farmers market on Thursday s, Tennis courts, Pickle ball, Gym, Library, a nice peaceful lake with a pear. Restaurants, shops, Bars, Post Office, live music all in walking distance. We feel home and welcome

What makes this property unique

You're enjoying to go to the Pool yust 1 min across the house. Club House and Church Services and Farmers Market all just 1 min in walking distance.
Around this House is a beautiful Garden and a large terrace, you can have BBQ outside in the shade under the Palm trees.
