Kohala Coast is known for year-round perfect weather (350 sunny days per year), sunny skies and sandy beaches.
The unit is furnished in a casual tropical theme and offers a spacious open floor living area with a 19’ ceiling. Decorator finishes make this condo one of a kind.The split level entrance separates the bedrooms from the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped to please the MasterChef in you. The unit features 2 secluded lanais and a reserved parking space. It is ideally located steps away from the common pool and BBQ areas. Complex amenities include 2 pools, spa, tennis court and work-out facilities.

Beautiful and clean condo

This property is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Mercedes always responded to me so quickly and did everything she could to make our stay great. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

Ideal vacation spot

We stayed for 17 days, and this home was perfect for us, great quiet location, very clean and roomy, well furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. Very straightforward check in process. We had no problems whatsoever, and our stay couldn't have been better. Many thanks.

All you need!

This is our fourth time to Hawaii and this property was by far the best well stocked in the kitchen to do anything you could want from a cooking standpoint. Beautifully decorated, very clean and nice and quiet. Lots of goodies to use at the beach, we didn’t have to buy a thing. We love the Waikoloa area and will definitely be back again. Even had a safe and a desk which was a major plus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful gateway to paradise

The property as well as the site was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It is close to the Waikoloa Beach (easy access with <5 minute drive and free parking next to the beach). Since we wanted to explore the island, we did drive a lot and visited other beaches rather than staying local. But, we could have easily spent most of our beach time here. We used one of the pool areas and my kids had fun. It is well set up for a pool side bbq. The gated site has other amenities such as exercise room and tennis courts, but we have not used them.
