This is a beautiful house 5 minutes walking from the beach and famous 5th Av.
You can rent a bedroom where you can enjoy a great golf court and lake view from the balcony with gorgeous sunsets.
Sleep 3 people (king size bed, and a sofa bed), it has a bathroom with tub.
In the mornings you can savour a cup of coffee or tea, some rolls or toast, fruit. You can enjoy common areas in the house such as living and dining room, terrace (golf and lake view), there is a common pool with lounge chairs and nice shade area.
In the house are dogs and cats. If you want to travel with your pet, is welcome (only not aggressive with people, cats or other dogs).
You ll find Restaurants, shops, Banks, Malls in walking distance. Is plenty to do for all (history, adventure, relaxing, nightlife, Nature, culture, gastronomy, etc.).

Es una hermosa casa a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y la famosa 5ª Av. Se puede alquilar una habitación donde gozará de una gran vista al campo de golf y el lago desde el balcón con magníficas puestas de sol. Capacidad para 3 personas (cama king size y un sofá cama), tiene un baño con bañera.
En las mañanas saboreará una taza de café o té, algunos panecillos o tostadas, fruta. Se pueden disfrutar zonas comunes en la casa como sala y comedor, terraza (vista al campo de golf y lago) hay una agradable piscina común con tumbonas y zona de sombra.
En la casa hay perros y gatos. Si quiere viajar con su mascota, es bienvenida (sólo que no sea agresiva con personas, gatos u otros perros).
Usted encontrará a corta distancia Restaurantes, tiendas, bancos, Centros Comerciales. Hay mucho que hacer para todos (historia, aventura, relax, vida nocturna, naturaleza, cultura, gastronomía, etc.).
