A Two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the meadow area of Mammoth that is just steps away from a free shuttle that will take you to and from Mammoth Mountain.This inviting downstairs unit has nice views of Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock from the patio furnished with firewood and a BBQ. The living room has comfortable queen size sofa bed, beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace and a 42-inch LCD TV with DVD. There is newer carpeting and fresh paint throughout the rest of the unit. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV's with DVD players . The kitchen is recently remodeled and well stocked for entertaining a party of 6. This location is great both summer and winter, and the neighborhood is quiet and secluded. This unit does include internet access and free local and US long distance calling. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Complex amenities include a centrally located spa.

Amenities: Free WiFi, clothes washer and dryer, flat screen televisions in every room, Blu Ray/DVD/CD player, gas grill for year-round use, fireplace (wood burning,hairdryer, towels/ bed linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

This is a very nice ground floor condo with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses. The condo is a few minutes walk or drive to the teal line shuttle stop. Everything as great except the condo complex hot tub was not hot.

Jennifer was great and very easy to work with. The condo is great and in a very well kept, clean and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Mammoth. We have vrbo’d probably close to 20 times, and this is our new favorite!

Great location

The neighborhood is quite and near beautiful hiking trails and streams. The roads are nice for bike riding, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay

We had a very comfortable stay in this condo. When we stay in Mammoth we always try to stay in the Snowcreek area. Condo had a great floor plan with plenty of space for 2 couples and one dog. I would stay again.

Great value, good location

This condo is in the wonderful Snowcreek complex. There was plenty of parking, easy to get into the unit (no stairs). The kitchen had everything needed for making meals. Bathrooms had fluffy towels & great water pressure in the showers. The heater was acting up when we arrived, and the manager was very responsive and sent a repairman the next day. Excellent proximity to walking paths. We hope to be able to stay here in the summer.

Winter get away

The property was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable with cozy linens. Great to have a washer/dryer. The pull out sofa bed was miserable!!!! It needs a memory foam topper to make it tolerable. Would loved to not have had a 10am checkout. Location was nice in a picturesque quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, it was not close to a shuttle stop at all which was a bummer. Overall, had a pleasant stay just prepare to drive not shuttle to the slopes!

Good stay but lack of privacy

The location and neighborhood was super well kept and liked that it was pet friendly location. I booked this stay for my parents,my significant other and myself. Also brought my dog along. Carpets are dirty but that’s most likely due to it being a pet friendly location so it’s understandable. The king bed had women’s hair in it when arrived. Queen bed frame is new (not shown in vrbo listing) but creaks with any movement. Host took it upon themself to enter the location without notification when I was away and “fix” it. It was not fixed. Lack of privacy and unprofessional responses from host.

The condo is in a beautiful location nice and roomy

The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We cooked many of our meals there. Nice and convenient to have laundry in the unit too.

Great Location and Value in Snowcreek IV

This condo was very comfortable for our party of three adults and one medium size dog. We really enjoyed the single floor layout, furniture was comfortable, and access to the parking was directly in front of the condo. The Snowcreek IV grounds are beautifully maintained with vast green belt areas with wildflowers between the condos. We will definitely rent again on our next yearly vacation to Mammoth Lakes.

Beautiful Complex in a Quiet and Convenient Location

We have been renting condos in Mammoth annually for nearly twenty years and this is one of our favorites to date. This was our first stay in Snow Creek and we absolutely loved it. We were always a bit deterred by it's distance from town, but that was no problem at all. It was actually incredibly easy to jet up Old Mammoth Road or to the lakes basin, or up Minaret to The Village and we didn't realize just how close the tract was to Vons. The tract is absolutely stunning-serene with beautifully designed and maintained green space. Also, parking is available right in front of the unit, which is a huge bonus. As for the condo itself, it fit our needs perfectly. It is very attractive, clean and comfortable. We only stayed for a long weekend, but it was stocked with everything we needed and the washer/dryer definitely came in handy. It was very quiet-no noise from surrounding neighbors. The best part is that it is dog friendly, which is getting harder and harder to find in Mammoth. Finally, the host is friendly and very quick to respond. If this condo is available for future trips, we will absolutely book it without hesitation.

Cozy stay!

We loved the location of the property. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and it was so close to grocery stores, restaurants, and lifts. There was plenty of parking and easy to find.

Nice place

Nice property in a good condo complex. It was easy to find with ample parking and easy access to downtown through transit. Plenty of cookware available but nothing else. Limited supply of toilet paper and no basics for cooking (not even salt and pepper) but it was easy to run to the local market for the basics. It would have been nice to know we had to bring those basics before arrival but not a deal breaker. Overall, a great stay.

Family vacation.

It was very clean house everything it said, it was inside the house enough blankets and clean towels, nice neighborhood, Beautiful private ponds near by and also a small creek. Easy drive to any store or restaurant . The only thing we couldn’t turn on the barbecue it was hard to turn on, so we ended up cooking inside the house. So far everything was great. Me and my family enjoyed the house I treated the house like it was my house. Yes, we will return back to stay there again.

Nice pet-friendly accommodations!

This condo was comfortable and well supplied with all the things any renter should need. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was stocked thoroughly with more than enough cookware, dinnerware, glasses, flatware and tons of accessories to make cooking easy. It was great having extra cupboard storage in the kitchen for some of the things that we brought up. The condo was was more than spacious for four adults and two dogs, which made for a pleasant stay. Our two favorite things about our experience at this Snowcreek IV unit were the washer and dryer (which came in handy) and the forced air heat. So many other properties have wall heaters which do the job, but forced air is so much more efficient when it's chilly outside. We would have given five stars to this property except that the kitchen sink was dirty, stained and greasy when we arrived There were small pieces of food still in one side. We took care of the problem by purchasing some Soft Scrub cleanser and cleaning it ourselves, as there was nothing stored under the sink to do that particular job. :-( There were other cleaning supplies however, mainly for cleaning the counters etc. We also had to buy a clean sponge to use, as there was only a used one left over from the previous tenants. It was odd not to have a new sponge to use, since we've always been provided with that when we've rented elsewhere. There were several nice freshly laundered dish towels provided for us to use. The rest of the condo was very clean and tidy, so this was obviously an oversight from the cleaning crew and not a reflection of the owner's standards. It's clear that the owner has put together a very user-friendly unit for her renters, which made for a very enjoyable stay. We would certainly rent this property again!

Why they chose this property

This property is located within walking distance to the bus stop and athletic club. It has been a rental for 10 years. We've gone through several management companies and weren't happy with the results. We have decided to manage the property ourselves to provide a better experience for our guests.
