Lovely modern first floor studio flat attached to the main house but with its own entrance. The room has very large sliding doors and a Juliet balcony. The bed can be set up as 2 singles or one superking double. There is a shower room/toilet and mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, 2 hotplates. Stunning views across the garden and towards Wimbledon tennis. Very quiet, in a cul-de-sac.
