Voici le message envoyé le 1er jour aux propriétaire de l'appartement "Notre arrivée s'est bien déroulée, nous avons été accueillis par Noémie, jeune femme dévouée et sympathique.Je me permets néanmoins d'attirer votre attention sur quelques désagréments découverts au cours de notre installation :1) Chambre : en faisant le lit, le lit ne tenait pas car un des pieds de lit n'était pas fixé. Nous avons essayé pendant 1h sans résultat puisque les vis permettant la fixation à la structure sont hexagonales. Je n'ai pas apporté avec moi mes outillages de réparation. Nous avons eu recours à Noémie qui est venue avec son compagnon avec les outils nécessaires. Il a également réparé le pied central du lit qui était mal fixé et branlant.2) Pièce de séjour : la lampe halogène morte. Cette lampe nous paraît effectivement nécessaire car la pièce est sombre. Noémie a la gentillesse de venir à nouveau aujourd'hui pour remplacer l'ampoule Halogène .3) Frigidaire : la lampe ne marche pas et sera remplacée également cet après-midi par Noémie.4) La lampe de la cuisinière ne marche pas.Conclusion : les équipements du studio ne sont pas vérifiés après chaque location (ce qui devrait être de votre responsabilité) ce qui paraît anormale pour un contrat de location classique mais inacceptable pour une location dépassant les 800/s.Je confirme que Noémie a été très attentionnée , serviable et efficace.Bien à vousBertrand Brintet"PS : message resté sans répponse ...!

Appartement très sympa équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. Rez de chaussée nickel pour ne pas porter trop loin les Affaires. Petit bémol lors de notre séjour les travaux au niveau de la station qui créént des surprises mais bon à priori c'est pour améliorer la station donc si on revient l'année prochaine tout sera parfait.

L'appartement est bien placé, retour skis aux pieds, assez bien équipé pour une famille. Malheureusement pas beaucoup de commerces aux esserts, heureusement qu'une épicerie éphémère est en place pour cette hiver. L'esf est top même si pas très ponctuel sur l'horaire...

Après une grosse deception concernant la piscine que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser malgré la photo aérienne de l’immeuble la montrant, avons apprecie cet appartement de plein pied malgré quelques problèmes comme le support de douche cassé ou des lampes ne fonctionnant pas. Par contre, les 50 euro remis a la responsable pour le ménage s’avère etre une belle arnaque. A notre depart, cette dame nous a laisse pantois par son agressivité trouvant notre ménage mal fait et nous sommes au regret de vous dire que nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet appartement.

cosy et propre

La personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est très accueillante et disponible. L'appartement est cosy bien que des inondations récentes aient dégradé le logement. Très compliqué d'utiliser le lave vaisselle, s'il vous est possible de mettre un mot pour expliquer rapidement ça serait bénéfique aux futures personnes ! Tout le matériel nécessaire pour manger et les consommables non périssables sont mis à disposition (excepté le papier toilette, il ne restait que quelques feuilles !) Les chiens sont acceptés, c'est top ! Merci beaucoup Le seul bémol a mon sens serait l'option ménage obligatoire et surtout à payer en liquide a la remise des clés... J'ai eu un peu peur car aucune preuve de ce versement mais au final tout s'est bien passé.

Bon séjour aux Esserts

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Esserts dans cet appartement spacieux et bien agencé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques pas des remontées. L’hôte a été arrangeante et disponible. Seuls bémols, quelques soucis électriques (chauffage au sol, eau chaude et appareils électroménagers qui disjonctent ou ne fonctionnent pas) qui devraient être apparemment résolus. Et surtout, pas de wifi lors de notre séjour jusqu’à l’avant-dernier jour, ce qui a été plutôt gênant. Bon séjour néanmoins, nous recommandons.

Fantastic location and well equipped

A wonderful apartment in a brilliant location for ski lifts, bar, boulangerie and childcare/ski schools! We had a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly by the owner (via telephone) and their local contact. Only thing that might be tricky is that local contact doesn’t really speak English. Ok for my French though. Warm and comfortable well equipped for self catering ( we have 3 kids aged 13,11 and 5). Great having a bath and washing machine! Big fridge. We slept in the main room on the sofa bed and let the kids have the bedroom but we could have fitted in there too at a squeeze. WiFi was unreliable coming and going all week. Seemed to be shared for the building so don’t know if it’s a capacity issue. We liked it so much we’ve booked to return. As long as les Esserts has good snow it is wonderful family friendly place,
