Big Boats

The house was lovely. Like any house there are always some issues. Nothing we couldn't live with. The property was exactly as shown in photos. Great deck!!

Perfect long weekend

This was a weekend like no other. We love the St. Lawrence but we also love modern conveniences and this home satisfied us on both levels. Love the convenience of one floor layout but yet separate ends of the house for bedrooms. Love Love the front porch-spent most of my time out there just loving the view. Very very clean!

Peaceful Retreat

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at this riverfront property. The beds were comfortable and the house as a whole is wonderfully appointed. The deck overlooking the river was perfect for relaxing and watching the ships on the St. Lawrence. The location is perfect. The house is approximately 30 minutes east of Alexandria Bay, and 40 minutes east of Clayton. The drive is beautiful and there are several state parks along the way, as well as several scenic overlooks. The only glitch was that upon our arrival, the beds weren’t made prior to our arrival (we arrived after the 2 pm check-in time). But Erin was very responsive and arrived promptly to address the situation, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion to improve the property is the addition of non-slip mats in the tub and shower in the two bathrooms, since they each became quite slick when wet, and my mother was concerned with falling. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
