Brand new! Charming, bright, Nordic-designer house 300 m from the sea

For dreamlike holidays, we offer a charming, fully renovated wooden house. It enjoys an optimal location on a cul-de-sac giving onto the seafront avenue. The house is peaceful and bright with a fenced garden, a large front terrace, and a small wooden back terrace for sipping your morning coffee. The three bedrooms include the master suite with a large corner bathtub, another bathroom with shower and two toilets.
You can find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is separate kitchen linen.
The rental offers all mod cons. It is fully furnished with brand new fittings. It has tasteful Nordic décor, at once modern and gentle, awash with the colours of the sea.
Feel great in this gentle cocoon. After a day by the sea, it's a delight to come back to the peace and quiet of the garden and our beautiful Nordic house!

Comfortable and well-equipped house

The house is clean, well maintained and everything you need and more is available. Walking distance from the beach and at this time of the year the area is not too busy at all, which we enjoyed.

The stay in Coutainville was delightful. Despite the typically changeable weather, we had a great few days in this great house and the town with its beautiful surroundings. The place is also an ideal starting point for day trips such as Saint-Malo, Mont-St-Michel or the Allied landing beach in Normandy. Many thanks also to Corinne and Mathilde for the nice care. Magnifique maison idéalement située pour des vacances en famille.

Nous y avons passé deux semaines avec nos enfants ( 2 et 5 ans). La plage est assez proche pour y aller à pied avec de jeunes marcheurs. Il y a des commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. Le jardin (délimité par un portail) a une taille idéale est pour permettre aux enfants de se défouler en toute sécurité entre les sorties en extérieur. La maison est trÚs bien décorée et tout est vraiment bien pensé et organisé pour passer de bonne vacances. Les propriétaires sont trÚs à l'écoute et réactifs aux messages. La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil est, elle aussi trÚs réactive en cas de besoin. Bref, si vous cherchez une maison dans le coin pour vos vacances, vous pouvez louer celle ci, les yeux fermés.

Wir haben uns 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in La Dune. GemĂŒtliches großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten. Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einer schönen Sitzecke im Freien. Hervorragend ausgestattete KĂŒche! Genug Platz fĂŒr den PKW. GenĂŒgend Sitzmöbel auf der Terasse, Waschmaschine und Tockener vorhanden. GerĂ€umige Dusche und in weiteren Badezimmer große Eckbadewanne.

Wir haben uns spontan entschlossen ein zweites Mal fĂŒr 14 Tage in la Dune Urlaub zu machen. Es war wie im Mai alles top gepflegt, sauber und jeder Kontakt dem Anbieter war super nett. Toller Aufenthalt in einer kleinen, schönen Stadt mit guten StrĂ€nden und umgeben von wunderbaren Natur- und DĂŒnenlandschaften. Wir haben von hier aus auch viele AusflĂŒge unternommen. Sehr guter Kontakt mit den Besitzern von Beginn der Buchung an. Wir wurden auch freundlich im Quartier empfangen, es ist schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit im eingezĂ€unten Garten, es gab sogar ein elektrisch betriebenes Einfahrtstor. Wir und ebenso unser Hund haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gemĂŒtlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus in einem ruhigen Ort

Wir haben hier 10 NĂ€chte mit Kind und Hund verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Empfang war sehr nett und das Haus war sehr sauber. Der umzĂ€unte Garten ist prima fĂŒr Reisende mit Hund.
