Welcome to Sunshine Shores! This is your little slice of heaven, nestled in between (the very popular) Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Here, in Indian Rocks Beach, you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger resort areas, and enjoy the Emerald Coast, directly across the street! This property was our dream, and we are excited to share it with you. We’ve made every attempt to provide everything you need to make your trip as memeroable as possible. From our beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, well equipped kitchens, and tropical backyard setting, we have something for everyone. Our triplex offers enough space for everyone. Pack up the family, plan a reunion, get married on the beach, or just hang with friends for the weekend. Whatever your event, Sunsine Shores is the place!

Family time

The check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and spacious! It’s in a great location just across the street from the beach. We cooked every night. The house and the apartments had everything we needed! The outdoor area was nice place to relax and grill together. We will definitely be booking again next year for the family!!

Fabulous Beach House

Great place very close to beach and within walking distance of some businesses. We were three generations and I really enjoyed the separate units. Three kitchens were great for making Thanksgiving dinner. The units are well equipped and very comfortable.

Perfect family fun vacation!

The location is awesome. The beach is right across the street and is not crowded. If you love crowded, Clearwater is ten minutes north, Tampa Bay is 15 minutes east and St Peterburg is ten minutes south. The house has many extras: beach chairs, towels, outdoor shower/hose to clean off sand, ping pong, grill, and more. There is plenty of room for everyone. Tonya is awesome.

Our Family Get Together

We came here to be all together for the Holidays. It worked out so well. Everyone had their own space and we had room to be all together! Everything we needed was available. The beach was close! It was very comfortable for all!
