We are the Houston’s – Kyle, Jennifer, Harper, and McKenna. Not so long ago, we took an adventure from Disneyland to Disney World. We arrived in Tampa and feel in love with the people, the culture and the pristine water views. Needless to say, we never left.

One step inside this beautifully restored 1915 home you will be taken back in time. True to its original American craftsmanship, Shannon Oak Manor has been the home of five families. From the French-style doors that cascade out to the spacious wrap around porch to the original wood features complemented by modern upgrades, this is an experience you’re not going to find anywhere else.

The popular downtown district is one block from the house. Enjoy outdoor eating, local live music, or capture amazing sunsets. With its cobblestone streets you can experience the casual life of a gulf coast community just minutes from the number one rated beach in the USA. The “stay local” mentality has created a culture of inspired dishes that will satisfy the foodie inside all of us. No corporate chain restaurants here!

The famous Pinellas Trail, a 37-mile-long bike trail, runs right through downtown. Live like the locals and make a day of the trail visiting the local breweries, public parks, and unique cuisine.
