Skip the car and stroll downtown to restaurants, shops, breweries, gorgeous sunsets, parks & bike trail. Get to Honeymoon & Caladesi Island with a short drive or bike. Clearwater Beach by car, trolley or water ferry. Dunedin voted one of America’s most walkable towns.

The Barefoot Parrot House is a beautiful and roomy coastal-style home that offers abundant outdoor space -- yard and large porches-- and is just a hop and a skip from Main Street in Delightful Downtown Dunedin. Please note that all 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

We offer modern coastal décor, lots of windows with natural light, full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit laundry, 3 porches and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing. The Barefoot Parrot House offers a delightful twist; a luxury stay you can feel 100% at-home in—enjoy your flip flops and fluffy towels.

PARKING
Access to private home and reserved on-site parking for 4 cars only. Additional street parking available on first come first serve basis.

WE PROVIDE
(1) High speed WiFi and a smart TV that provides access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable. (2) beach chairs, beach cart, towels, umbrella and a cooler. Snorkeling gear can be purchased locally. Childen's items such as stroller, high-chair and pack and play can be requested.

POOLS?
Looking for a pool and a fruity drink with an umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki bar are located one mile away, easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. This pool is for guests at least 18-years old. For families; Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' splash pad, 2.5 miles from our property.

Family and baseball in Dunedin, Florida

With two adult sons who love baseball, decided on a family spring fling to watch the beloved Blue Jays during spring training. We were 5 adults and a 2 year old. This accommodation was perfectly equipped for our family. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom was large enough to accommodate the roll away crib. The other two rooms were comfortable and a second bathroom was nearby. Beach toys, strollers and a wagon was available for use. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances and cooking ware were clean and appeared new. When I notified the host that we were hoping to use the barbecue and needed the propane tank refill, they immediately attended to it and produced a whole new barbecue. The location was great. A 15 minute walk to the stadium. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants and an easy drive to several beaches. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a well equipped comfortable home. Exceptional Accomodations

Hands down, this house is the best! This was our first experience with renting a vacation house, and it was perfect for us in every way. The kids loved it, but most importantly the wife loved it! We'll definitely be looking to rebook this one. Location and plenty of space and beds are what we needed and this house exceeded our expectations in ever way.

Exactly what I wanted!

After visiting Dunedin a year ago, I was so excited to spend time getting to know the area. It was exactly what I was hoping for and this home made all the difference. It was very clean, decoratively so beautifully and was just a wonderful and calming place to return after a day of activity. So close to everything and I couldn't have wanted for more. My friend and significant other agreed! Jen was incredibly responsive and fun to talk with. I can see why she gets such incredible ratings. They are well deserved. Thanks Jen for sharing your lovely home with us! What a fabulous time we had!

Jen is such a great host!

We had a great weekend for our 31st girls weekend with my sisters and sisters-in law. Perfect location and we happened to be here on a craft fair weekend. I would highly recommend!

The place is in one of the best locations in Dunedin!!!!

From the first reach out by the host Jen to the end, Jen went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and all set to explore Dunedin. This house is VERY comfortable and is right in the middle of all of the exciting areas to see and experience in town. I live in Dunedin but my family and kids were coming to visit and have never been. So I rented this place to house everyone and it came with baby carriages, coffee, all the things you would need from home but don't want to bring. We were here with eight people and everyone had room to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of parking with three slots and a huge front and back porch for sitting around and catching up. Highly recommend this place and I'll be coming back for sure.

The Barefoot Parrot House was first our family home, and is filled with great memories of new beginnings and gatherings with family and friends. We have taken great pride in making it a gorgeous home for others to enjoy. (Never looked that good when we lived there!)

Our hosting style? We’re ready to be as hands on planning your stay as you’d like. Ask us where to eat, play or hideaway. We’re experts in the culture that makes Dunedin so unique. We give you your space, but are here if you need anything at all. We live very close by and typically respond within minutes.

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous roomy coastal-style home a hop and a skip from Main Street. Most everything you need is in walking distance to include a grocery store. With a local free ride service, a trolley and a water ferry to Clearwater Beach you can skip the added expense of a car rental. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available in town. Hop on the Pinellas Recreational Trail and cruise around Dunedin and to other quaint surrounding towns.
