Newly renovated, coastal decorated, 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Includes a washer & dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook meals at home! Please note, 2 exterior security cameras are in use.

Dunedin is a great destination, and this rental is located within walking distance to everything, although a golf cart is provided for added convenience. The rental is located on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Justin & Stephanie are gracious host and are on site to address any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

This home is a duplex located on a quiet street, .7 miles from Downtown Dunedin and 2 blocks from the new Blue Jay's Stadium. This unit has its own private entrance, parking, backyard, laundry facilities and has NO SHARED SPACES.
