My beautiful beach house is located right on the Gulf of Mexico! We offer the cozy neighborhood setting of Crystal Beach, Fl. Crystal Beach is just north of Famous Clearwater Beach and is a very quiet neighborhood setting, with only local traffic, where people walk, ride bikes and golf carts to the beach to watch the sunset nightly. It doesn't get any better than this water front home, with a premium, due west view of the Gulf of Mexico. With a different breath-taking postcard sunset every night! With your own private dock, heated swimming pool, hot tub and plenty of space outside for lounging, entertaining and spending family time together!

This is a spacious, single floor, ranch style home with no stairs to deal with. Inside you have a very large great room with fireplace and large screen TV and a formal dinning room with a table that can seat up to 12. Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage. The driveway can accommodate 4-5 cars if needed.

The house is equipped with every amenity! All appliances are replaced every three years including two dishwashers in a galley kitchen that is easy to use and easy to clean-up! Easy to cook and serve the catch of the day! Serve meals on a buffet counter and sit at the large bar-height table or sit outside by the water.

Enjoy a dip in your own private 24,000 gallon pool or relax in the hot tub! There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating out side on the spacious deck and/or under one of two 12x12 gazebos.

My home is located on the beautiful St. Joseph Sound which is a body of water that is known for great in-shore fishing! If you are experienced, jump right in, if you need some help we have several champion fishing guides right on our street that will pick you up and have everything you need including your fishing license! Fish ON!!

Public Trolley is available every 30 minutes and walking distance away (about 4 blocks away) which takes you north to Tarpons Springs or south to Clearwater Beach venues. A great way to enjoy your leisure time and not have to worry about driving in traffic to the beach. There is also an Enterprise Car rental 2 miles away. They can come and pick you up as well.

You are right on the water, but also walking distance from the Crystal Beach public beach, fishing dock and non-denominational church. Shopping for groceries and many other items are minutes away including casual to fine dining and entertainment all within 1+ miles. A local mall is 10 minutes away and well as international destinations like the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and famous Clearwater Beach. Tampa and St. Petersburg are both 20-30 minutes away from this central location.



If you like island hopping, we have boat rental available right on property. Some of the best views you will ever seen, 3 Rooker Key, Honeymoon Island, Anclote Key and the famous Caladesi Island (consistently one of the top 10 Island Beaches in the US) and is only 10 minutes away by boat!




If golf is your thing you are 1 mile away from the nationally recognized Innisbrook Golf, Country Club and Convention Resort, home of the Valspar Championship, as well as other golf courses.

Our area is home to many great local restaurants, some of the best in the Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area. Seafood, Italian, Mexican and some of the best Greek Food you will ever have in Tarpon Springs, home of the Famous Sponge Docks only 10 minutes from my home.

Like Theme Parks?? No Problem, we are also about 40 minutes from Bush Gardens and Adventure Island water park and about 90 minutes from Disney and other Orlando theme parks and right in between is Legoland in Lakeland, FL

Walk, run or cycle on over 2o miles of Pinellas Trail which runs right through Crystal Beach. Bicycle, scooter and e-Bikes, as well as Golf Cart are available to rent locally.
