One-bedroom maisonette "Yucca" 2 to 4 people
This 30 m2 air-conditioned, independent holiday home not overlooked (a common wall) has a separate air-conditioned bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom bed is 160 cm, with Épeda Starlight 25cm pocket spring mattress ****.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
A private washing machine is available free of charge (detergent and fabric softener are not provided).
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, electric burners, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, numerous kitchen utensils. A washing machine, with free access, is 30 meters from the house.
We provide an umbrella bed and a baby chair in the accommodation.
You can enjoy a large private garden with trees, flowers, very well maintained (lawn), luxury deckchair ***, terrace with plant pergola and barbecue... ideal for enjoying outdoor holidays.
Located in a small family holiday residence with thirteen accommodations, very close to Calvi, 5km from Calvi town centre, and 3km from the first fine sandy beaches.
The location is ideal for visiting Calvi and Balagne, one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica. You will not need to cross an urban center to enjoy the majority of centers of interest (so almost no traffic!) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (dozen beaches within 10km), towards hiking trails, natural river swimming pools, picturesque villages and the wine and artisan route...
The atmosphere is calm and family.
You benefit from a wide range of on-site services (included in our prices):
- free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool (from April 1 to November 1)
- end of the stay cleaning
- household linen (sheets and towels), beds ready for your arrival

Très soucieux de la satisfaction de nos hôtes, nous sommes bien évidemment déçu par votre commentaire.
Nous voudrions simplement informer, que la route évoquée est une départementale très faiblement fréquentée en soirée et que l'aéroport n'assure que quelques rotations par jour, et sans vol de nuit...ce qui explique qu'une très grande majorité de nos locataires apprécient le calme de notre résidence!

A RECOMMANDER VIVEMENT
Résidence calme,terrain bien divisé,piscine chauffée agréable et pratique pour les enfants,maison bien équipée,literie agréable et nécessaire sur place (huile,sel,poivre,produit vaisselle,éponge...,machine a laver en libre service.....Bien pratique!!!)
Accueil très chaleureux,nous avons passer une séjour fort agréable UN GRAND MERCI.

Accueil formidable
Logement fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont adorables et se mettent en 4 pour vous faciliter le séjour. Calvi et de nombreux spots touristiques sont à 5mn. Nous avons en plus pu profiter des équipements du club de sport attenant (piscine chauffée, cours de fitness, salle de muscu). Bref, je recommande vivement.

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans la mini villa Yucca, et nous étions satisfaits des différentes
prestations, rien ne manquait, lit fait à l'arrivée, torchons de cuisine, serviettes de toilette tout y était. Bonne literie. Grand parking, ce qui est appréciable en Corse.
Comme nous exploitons des chambres d'hôtes en alsace, nous sommes un peu plus exigeants
que la moyenne, et tout était très correct.
Dommage que nous n'avions pas pu rencontrer Jérôme.
