Great place

Great place for a family or just friends. Nice kitchen, but would recommend not going to the resort during weekends, go from like Monday - Thursday to enjoy a calm vacation there.

Really enjoyed the suite, the beach and the hotel complex.

Suite was very good with excellent views. It is part of a large hotel complex right on the beach. It is well located to enjoy and travel Miami beach. The only note is that the hotel restaurants are pricey but there is lots of choice off site.

Great Place

Location, service, amenities, restaurants, and accommodations outstanding. Owners you need a plumber in master shower. We couldn’t use it because water doesn’t drain. Also you need more kitchen basic items like more silverware, collander & basic items.

Know what you are getting into... never would have booked this if I had known any of the below. This hotel is not able to support a large number of guest. We caught a conference in town, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had or witnessed. The only positive of the entire experience is that we met nice people through the commonality of how bad the experience was/everyone complaining. From the very beginning there were issues…We arrived at 230pm with hopes of checking in early and were told by front desk that our room was next and that we’d be receiving a text. We were told at the very latest it would be 4pm. 430pm comes and still no text. I complain through the app and it’s immediately available. We were sitting there with an infant too - just zero communication and we would have been there all night had I not complained. We finally get checked in and walk into the room. There’s a handprint of dirt on the wall right when we walked in (have photos), toilet paper with a big finger print as if it was recently used. The safe was still locked so couldn’t use that until help arrived much later onWiFi on and off all trip. Not just for this unit, sounds like others were having the same challenge. There were 15min wait times for elevators. Pool service was so slow I was forced to leave my credit card because I couldn’t wait any longer as I had a work call. Went to get it at lost in found only to be met with a 20minute line (overheardlots of people complaining

Thank you for your feedback Nicholas. We would like to highlight, while your expressed frustration was with the ambiance of the hotel and its volume, knowingly this owner apartment/listing was given a one star review. We've been to your assistance through out your stay every step of the way. It is noted on the listing description as well, this iconic immense venue is vibrant, and should that be paired with an ongoing conference, delays can be expected when hosting thousands of guests daily. We understand this must have been frustrating with an infant and your preference would have been something closer to a boutique hotel on Miami Beach. Fontainebleau ambiance is much different, despite we do have returning guests visiting with children of all ages year around. We are sorry the choice fell short of your expectations at the same time many guests return exactly for this atmosphere. Early check in can never be guaranteed, and while guests leave a number with the front desk, they are encouraged to follow up as well to avoid delays. We appreciate guests understanding, while on site staff perform at the best of their abilities during busier periods.

Great Place to Stay

Awesome place to stay! Exactly as described except for one small nit -- there is no computer in the unit as the picture shows - but since I brought my own laptop, I didn't care! Nice view of the pool and beach. Owner is easy to work with. Check in process was a breeze, just follow the owners directions and you'll have no problem.
