Built on one level, this home has panoramic views over the hills and orange groves between Denia and Javea. Privacy is assured in this two bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a covered dinner or lunch al fresco next to the pool porch. Solarium terrace beside the private pool for the house. It is decorated with furniture and new bedding, plus all the necessary appliances to make you enjoy your vacation and relax.

Magnifique semaine à Orba

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa de José ☺ Villa très sympa Propre Magnifique vue sur les montagnes, très reposant Le temps est agréable Très belle vue sur la mer La piscine est tres bien entretenue(profonde et bien éclairé la nuit) Nous sommes très ravis d'avoir passé cette semaine dans la villa de José Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

Clean and homely, with amazing views over the lemon groves

Villa Paloma is an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The pool in particular is wonderful and has spectacular views over the lemon groves below. The villa is situated close to amenities which are only a short drive away. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are tasteful and clean. We had a fanatically relaxing week at the villa and would not hesitate to recommend it to others

Maison très agréable et propre . Nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse face à la montagne. L'eau de la piscine a vingt-sept, un régal!!! La climatisation dans les chambres est un vrai confort quand il fait plus de 33 degrés dehors... Bref, des vacances dans un cadre splendide !!!!

Vue magnifique, calme, propre et lumineuse

Prestations conformes à la description : * 2 chambres équipées d'air conditionné avec pour la grande chambre une fonction silence particulièrement efficace - grands placards - literie impeccable. * ventilateur de plafond dans le séjour appréciable - table, fauteuils et chaises en parfait état, mais canapés fatigués. * coffre fort, jeux de société et livres en anglais à disposition ainsi que dossier d'accueil très intéressant (sur le fonctionnement de la maison et les spécificités du village d'Orba) * bon équipement cuisine - manque juste un égouttoir à vaisselle. Robinet d'eau potable apprécié. LV parfait état. Frigo : attention car la molette se positionne sur "1" toute seule (pb ressort ?) ce qui n'est pas suffisant en été. * salle de bain fonctionnelle et bien équipée - manque juste un rideau de douche. Eau bien chaude et bon débit. LL en parfait état * grande terrasse abritée permettant de prendre tous les repas dehors, à l'ombre .... et à l'abri du vent * piscine agréable, assez profonde et chaises longues confortables à l'ombre des parasols - entretien assuré en fin de semaine * accès assez compliqué : les explications de José et son croquis sont précieux. L'adresse GPS serait une aide supplémentaire. Recommandée pour couples ou familles avec ado.

Une belle découverte

Nous avons passé 3 semaines parfaites. La villa Paloma est idéale pour les personnes qui souhaitent de la tranquillité et du confort. La vue est splendide. La villa est très bien équipée et gérée par des personnes compétentes et sérieuses. Merci à José Escortell. PS : la vue serait encore plus spectaculaire sans l'arbre devant la maison ce qui éviterait aussi les épines de pin dans la piscine.

Excellent !!!

Lieu très agréable et reposant, à recommander pour ceux qui désirent se reposer en toute tranquillité. La mer est à 18 Kms et la montagne toute proche aussi. Les lieus sont propres et bien entretenus et rien ne manque pour y être comme chez soi. L'accueil a été très bon et les conseils de José nous ont étés profitables. A recommander sans aucunes hésitations.

Que de beaux souvenirs...

Nous avons passés mon mari et mes enfants (2 ans et 5 ans) de très belles vacances en partie grâce à cette jolie maison !! La vue est absolument splendide (montagne + mer), la maison est idéalement située (au calme) et le village d'Orba dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour ne manquer de rien. Sur place, nous avons eu un parfait accueil et nous remercions encore José pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !
