Very large apartment of 55m² fully equipped.
This apartment is 150m from the beach in the heart of the village.
It is duplex, one bedroom upstairs and one on the same level as the living room. This duplex is very well equipped with air conditioning, fitted kitchen, whirlpool bath, ...
This T3 has in addition to the 2 bedrooms (one with 2 small beds and one with a double bed), has a large living room-kitchen, a loggia, separate toilets, and a beautiful bathroom.
This apartment is in a quiet residence, to keep the peace of the other residents I will only rent to families.
A closed car park will guarantee you a place for your car. The ideal location of this apartment can allow you not to use the car throughout your stay, in fact entertainment, shops and even large surfaces are nearby.
Decreasing prices will be applied depending on the length of your stay.
The floor is parquet, I am sorry but I will not accept animals.

Nous étions très contents de notre séjour. L'accueil au top. Sébastien était disponible si besoin. Au cœur de Valras Plage à 5 minutes de la mer. Proche des magasins boulangerie, superette, restaurants. Parking sécurisé. Lit confortable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité aux lieux touristiques: Narbonne, Béziers, La Clape, Sète, Frontignan...

dès le 1er soir il a fallu passer l'aspirateur sous le lit, sur le matelas ,sur l'alese et les oreillers. WC sal et portes de placards grasses en cuisines grasses. Frigo exterieur sale et poussière sur tous les meubles .Vitres des portes fenetres pas faites depuis plus d'un an ainsi que les autres fenetres Sinon très bien situé et spacieux

Un apartamento engañoso. No volvere

El apartamento no se ajusta a lo anunciado, la limpieza es inexistente, aparte de los muschos arreglos que necesita para su alquiler. Me cobra una demasia a la contratacion a parte de una fianza excesiva la cual no se me devuelve integra y pone como excusa la limpieza del apartamento el cual fue limpiado por nosotros a la entrada. La situacion del apartamente es buena, y tranquila a lado de la playa.

Séjour Valras plage

L'appartement est vraiment super. Je le recommande. Les propriétaires sont joignables en cas de problème. Situer au coeur de Valras, les déplacements peuvent se faire a pied.

Très bon séjour dans cette station avec un propriétaire à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien (situation, équipements. ..). Je recommande pour des familles avec enfants car pas loin de la plage, il y a de la place dans l'appartement. Enfin nous avons été bien accueilli

De superbes vacances, une météo de rêve et un appartement qui correspond à nos attentes (équipements à la hauteur , situation en plein centre-ville, tranquillité, calme...), et un propriétaire très sympa qui nous explique les bons coins à visiter, les bons restos,...il y en a tellement qu'on reviendra...

Appartement pratique et chaleureux

Très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et disponible et qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour notre séjour. L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé: à deux pas de la place centrale de Valras où l'on trouve tous les restaurants, commerces... Et au bout de la rue, la mer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de toute la semaine... L'appartement est très bien équipé, a été repeint récemment et reste silencieux alors que les animations sont proches. Bref, très bonne adresse que nous sommes ravis d'avoir trouvée !

passer un bon séjour à Valras

l'appartement idéal pour des vacances réussies,très bien situés, agréable,calme et fonctionnel,pret de la plage, des animations et des boutiques,à proximité de bézier,du canal du midi pour des promenades à vélo et le soleil tant rechercher pour les nordistes
