Newly tastefully Refurbished 2 Bedroom 1 bath Cabin 200 feet across the street from the Lake, includes 2 kayaks & 2 bicycles w/rental (with signed release of liability)& plenty of games. 3 TVs (2/55 inch) with Roku and internet access. Fits 5 people, but tight. Fits 4 comfortably. All ages Welcome. Over 3 nights include a complimentary bottle of wine. View of the Lake from the indoor Porch with gas fireplace. Also electric fireplace. Plenty of parking for all your toys. Absolutely no pets or smoking of any kind.

Ideal Location

Comfortable beds, a full kitchen, grill, bicycles, kayaks, ample parking, TVs in every room, laundry, and a full bathroom; all for an amazing price.We stayed three nights and cooked the majority of our meals at the cottage. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the local attractions and beaches. Everyone was comfortable and had a very relaxing vacation.

Great spot in HL

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great spot. Nice quiet street with great walks to see the lake and beautiful sunsets. Ken and Angelina were very accommodating.

Relaxing easy to get to

I went up with my best friend to attend a wedding on a different lake in a nearby town. The location of this cottage made it easy for us to get to and from the wedding. While the cottage has lake access, it’s not any type of beach front but you can load kayaks easily. However the ease to find a public beach is easy enough. There is plenty of parking for more than one car. The neighborhood is quiet and restful. The cottage itself was very clean and put together and had everything we needed for our trip. The host have been kind and gracious. I’d us it again.

Great Weekend

Stayed here for a two day bass fishing classic and the cottage exceeded our expectations! Owners were easy to communicate with and always kept us in the loop if needed. Will stay here again if given the opportunity!

This was a great cottage! Super close to the lake and and only a 10 min drive to bike trails. The host is great and reply’s quickly to any questions you may have.

Cute house near the lake

This house is just off the lake and conveniently located close to everything in town. The amenities are great. The house is clean and communication with the hosts was wonderful. Would recommend for families and also a friends getaway.

Quant Cottage - Perfect for Small Family Getaway

This was my first time back to Houghton Lake in over 20 years. This cottage was a perfect fit for my family. Kids loved the bunk bed room. Very nicely decorated and updated. Also was very nice that all the TVs had Rokus. Location is close by all the lake hot spots! Would definitely stay at this rental again.

We booked this property for a late anniversary get away. We were super impressed with how clean and cute the cottage was. It was definitely cozy and relaxing. Cabin FUN

The cabin was extremely clean and very modern! Everything you jeed is there. The couch snd mattress in master bedroom was new and comfy. The bikes and kayaks were nice and free. Very private with a yard large and firepit.The owners were in contact throughout the 3 days, just to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely recommend and plsn on staying again soon!!

Perfectly Little Lakeview House!

I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights, and I have nothing but good things to say about the trip! Ken and Angelina were so incredible and accommodating. They were excellent with their communication about the home and its features. There is a gorgeous view of Houghton Lake from the home, and it is in a private enough location where there isn’t heavy traffic. There isn’t lake access from the house, but I found a beach you could swim at (Sullivan Beach) that was less than a 10 minute drive from the place. I’d say the house could comfortably sleep 6 people. There was a lot of room for parking, too. The house was very clean and had a lot of charm. I am very happy with my stay and would absolutely do it again!

Nice place

The cabin was clean and the neighbors were friendly. We really appreciated the extra touch of a welcome basket for longer stays. The availability of firewood was a bonus too and reflective of the hospitality of the hosts. Things I would improve would ve better kitchen utensils, a few more rolls of TP, and a cutting board would be essential. I would also consider Michigan based items for the welcome basket. The beds are basic and we had issues keeping the queen mattress and memory foam pad together, which made for rough sleeping. All things considered, I would stay here again. The hosts are actively improving the units they rent. I highly recommend them!
