Surrounded by the city, the tranquility of this little piece of Rural Country help to make this vacation get-away the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

This little studio detached house is in the country and surrounded by Gilbert, AZ We are close to all the amenities like shopping, sightseeing, hiking, nature walks and more. It will sleep up to 2 people comfortably on the 2 twin beds. A small kitchenette will accommodate those who wish to cook at home. There is a Toilet Sink and Shower in the Bath. We offer Free Wifi, & Smart TV for your enjoyment. And you will be welcomed by an assortment of fresh Fruits & pastries and Eggs. A room Air conditioner will keep you cool in the summer months. In the morning enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa/coffee/Tea on the porch while being surrounded the sounds of nature. Newly added effective January 2021 a Washer & Dryer

We are steps away from the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch where you can take a nature walk/hike or go for a bike ride. If Fishing is your passion then grab a pole and head to the Preserve where you can fish with an Arizona urban fishing license (Catch & Release).

We can also offer details on where to rent horseback riding, Kayaking, Floating the River on Tubes, or Paddle Boarding.

Close to several Golf Courses and driving ranges, Spring Training Home of the Oakland A's Hohokam Stadium in Mesa 12 miles away. Chicago Cubs Spring Training in Mesa 15 Miles. LA Dodgers Spring Training 44 miles. Fabulous nightlife in Down Town Gilbert with shops and restaurants galore is only 5 miles away. 2 malls within 4 miles 1 indoor shopping center Superstition Springs Mall and 1 outdoor mall San Tan Village.

Cozy Quiet Retreat

Great spot for a solo trip and unwind in the Gilbert area. Close to lots of amenities and the 60 for easy movement around the Phoenix area.

My visit to the studio was very enjoyable. It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The kitchen and bath had all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. The owners were helpful and friendly!

Perfect, quiet getaway

What a joy to stay in Tina and Brandon's tiny house. Their hospitality was second to none. Loved the welcome treats, farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, juices, milk, keurig coffee, etc. The quiet country feel neighborhood was so relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Delightful Tiny House

This studio retreat was fun, cozy and perfectly designed with the comfort of guests in mind. The location was ideal for us and the hosts were helpful communicators. Being next door to the Riparian Reserve was a bonus. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful

The Tiny House was exactly what I needed for my stay in AZ. I needed a place to rest at night and have a peaceful morning. The front patio area was perfect for morning coffee. Small but cozy

Tiny is correct.

This tiny house is fine for a couple for a very short stay, or one person for a bit more extended time. Kitchen area and appliances are a bit difficult to manage if you're trying to prepare actual meals. The grill did work well fortunately. Outside spaces are small and narrow and fenced in, unlike at least one of the photos. Proximity to the Riparian Preserve was a redeeming feature. Walking there is very nice.In general I would say you get what you pay for.

Great place to rest your head

My husband and I were in town to visit family. Location was well placed since we were visiting family in Scottsdale and Queen Creek. It was very quiet and clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. Loved having farm fresh eggs every morning. Would definitely recommend!

Great Base Camp

Brandon and Tina's place worked out so well for us. Perfect place to sleep, cook a meal, and do laundry between hiking and bicycling. The hosts were friendly and always responded quickly to questions. The extras like coffee, snacks, fruit and fresh eggs were amazing! Thanks so much!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Tina and Brad thought of so many details in creating a charming and peaceful studio. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the bicycles and being able to cycle out to the Riparian Preserve at sunset. Thank you for the snacks and fresh eggs!

Cozy and comfortable

Everything about this getaway was fantastic from the start! It's clean, great location, hosts provided the extra touches that make a streaks even better. Fresh eggs, fruit, and homemade bread greeted me when I arrived! Having bikes available to ride in that area is a great idea as it is right by a nature preserve. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This little house was perfect for what I needed. I was visiting family that didn't have enough room. I basically just slept there and got ready for my day there. They supply everything you need and more. Also left some snacks an even some essentials. Very friendly and helpful

Great little place to stay!

Studio was exactly as others say. Wonderful communication with owner, stocked with breakfast staples, fresh eggs, fruit and cold milk in the fridge! Gas fire pit outside the door and in a quiet rural neighborhood. Right next to the Riparian Water Ranch, so there are trails to walk or ride. And they offer bicycles too! Will definitely stay at the Hatch studio again.

Cute little studio

This little place was just fine for the 2 of us. We enjoyed riding the bicycles on the great bike trails that are so close by. I was very thankful to Brandon for supplying me with a better fitting bike when I mentioned the original one for me was uncomfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again when visiting our daughter close by.

Peace & quiet in the city

This is my second stay here...a place to slow down and breath deeply in the midst of travels. Space works best for one person, but I shared one night with adult son and it worked fine. I loved sitting under a shady tree to have breakfast each morning...and the neighborhood is great for walking. Easy to forget you're surrounded by city. Good selection of breakfast food and juices.

Private and quiet studio

I stayed in this studio while visiting a cousin who winters in Mesa. It was an easy drive to her place and also to groceries, gas, restaurants, reparien park, etc. yet far enough away from busy traffic area to have quiet nights. There is a private parking space and entry to the unit. The unit was set up to be very functional and comfortable. Fresh eggs, bread, juices, fruits etc were a delightful surprise and much appreciated. My only regret is I wasn't there in warmer weather so I could enjoy the outdoor fireplace and seating. Guess I'll have to go back!

We have lived in Gilbert for 16 years and we love it. We love the mountains, river tubing, kayaking, ATV riding and spending time with our children.
