Après un accueil chaleureux et quelques cadeaux d'acceuil, par madame et monsieur morel nous avons eu la chance de passer un excellent séjour ce mois d'août dans leur studio très bien équipé. Et pendant cette période de chaleur, bien situé au Nord et au Sud, et surtout à 2 minutes de la plage ce qui est extraordinaire !

Très bon séjour. Excellent accueil d'Ivan, pas avare d'informations sur la région nous ayant permis de visiter la côte jusqu'au Croisic. D'autre part, belle attention avec les petites douceurs d'accueil qui nous ont été offertes. Le studio correspondait bien à nos besoins. La station de Saint Marc est très agréable, à taille humaine, loin de l'effervescence de stations plus connues. A recommander.

Klein aber fein

Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Wohnung einfach aus, aber je länger man darin wohnt, desto besser merkt man, dass alles wichtige vorhanden ist. Sehr wohltuend ist die Lage sehr Nahe zum Hauptstrand und Ortszentrum und trotzdem ist sie Dank guter Isolierung der Fenstern und Türen sehr ruhig. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön und bei Ebbe ist der nebenan liegende Sandstrand immer noch zum Schwimmen geeignet. Besonders für Wanderer und Jogger ist der bestens ausgebaute Küstenweg perfekt passend. Der Vermieter ist immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der zweimal wöchentlich stattfindende Wochenmarkt bistet den Feinschmeckern beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art.

Studio propre et agréable, à proximité de la plage, des sentiers douaniers, des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. On se sent bien sur cette plage qui convient aux familles mais qui n'est pas envahie. Les balades sur les sentiers douaniers permettent d'avoir de très beaux points de vue.

Comme nous étions deux couples et une enfant, Yvan et Sylvie nous ont aussi loués l’appartement T3 mitoyen au studio. Nous avons ainsi bénéficié d’un espace confortable, très bien aménagé et décoré. Tout étant à côté de nous, nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser notre voiture. La plage toute proche de Mr Hulot est grande, belle, très bien entretenue et surtout bien surveillée pour les enfants. Yvan et Sylvie ont été accueillants et nous ont très bien conseillés. Un seul gros bémol : une journée galère à Nantes sous la pluie…

Quel bonheur!! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très disponibles tout le long du séjour Studio très bien agencé et très propre!!Situé dans une station balnéaire plutôt familiale, un chemin de randonnées et les petits restaurants agrémentent votre séjour.J'ai pu également visiter les marais salants de Guérande, et les quelques villes cotières dont le Pouligen ,Batz sur mer et la cote sauvage du croisic. vacances reposantes!! J'y retourne dès que possible... HP

Après un accueil chaleureux et un état des lieux impeccable puisque refais a neuf, nous avons apprécié les petits gestes: Le nécessaire pour débuter la location était fourni (savon, papier wc, condiments... Nous avons apprécié être dans une petite station balnéaire sympa ou on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour reposant. Une facilité de stationnement non payant et tout près de la plage. Yvan et Sylvie sont charmant. Nous recommandons ce petit cocon.

Excellente location

Nous avons loué cet appartement à l’année avant qu’il ne soit refait à neuf. Lumineux, très propre et très bien agencé, il nous a donné entière satisfaction. Idéalement placé dans le centre de St Marc sur Mer, nous avons apprécié d’être à deux pas de tous les commerces : boulangeries, supermarchés, tabac presse, agence postale, pharmacie, le marché tous les jeudis et dimanches ainsi que de nombreux restaurants dont plusieurs à des prix très abordables. Ne possédant pas de voiture, nous avons apprécié de même d’être bien desservi par les lignes de bus pour nous rendre à Saint-Nazaire fréquemment et régulièrement à La Baule. La plage de M. Hulot, toute proche aussi de l’appartement, est parfaite pour les familles. Surveillée pendant tout l’été, elle bénéficie d’une excellente exposition et on peut s’y baigner à marée basse comme à marée haute. D’autres plages fort sympathiques sont à découvrir dans les alentours (La Courance, Le Grand Traict, Les Jaunais…). L’esprit village et l’authenticité de cette petite station balnéaire nous a vraiment enchanté. Pour tout cela et pour les excellentes relations que nous avons entretenu avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons sans restriction cette location.
