Wonderful location near the beach and huge space. But it was very dirty, dusty and all the dishes needed a clean. Upon arrival we were informed that towels and bed linens were not included and had to pay more to receive them. Then they shorted us a set. Beds were not comfy on old pallets. Had to fully clean ( huge list was provided) the place ourselves even though we paid a cleaning fee. 2/5

Die Ladenwohnung war sehr großzügig und hübsch eingerichtet. Leider riecht es muffig und der Teppich scheint feucht. Die Wohnung ist nur oben gut zu lüften. Leider war es auch nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Und die Bettwäsche ist nicht mit inbegriffen. Die Lage war für uns mit Hund ideal, da direkt am Hundestrand.

Chouette appartement, idéalement situé, conforme aux photos. 2 bémols cependant, l’absence de penderie dans 2 chambres et un chauffage insuffisant pour cette semaine de février.

Il existe une penderie avec rangement dans une chambre et une commode dans les 2 autres. Le chauffage, fixé à 18° dans les chambres et 20° dans le séjour, correspond à une température supérieure aux standards habituels, mais peut-être juste pour les frileux notoires. Mais ceci n'explique pas l'état assez médiocre de l'appartement au départ de ces vacanciers...

Je crois qu'il faudrait mieux préciser qu'il s'agit d'un ancien magasin transformé en logement avec de très grands vitres (on se croit un peu exposé, les gens curieux s'approchent des vitres pour voir à l'intérieur) . Il n'y a pas bcp d'aération (seul la fenêtre de la chambre à l'étage s'ouvre), une des chambres sans fenêtres. Sinon, c'est assez grand, tout était propre. Près de la plage mais pas en face. Difficile à trouver car on ne s'attend pas à que ce soit un ancien commerce.

Bonjour Madame, Quel dommage que Laurence ne vous ait pas prévenue: les vitres sont équipées d'un film occultant! Ainsi de jour vous voyez les gens à l'extérieur mais vous êtes parfaitement à l'abri de leur regard. Le soir par contre, avec les éclairages, vous devez mettre les rideaux pour garder votre intimité. Ainsi vous bénéficiez de grandes baies, sans les inconvénients…. C'est pour cela que l'appartement reste dans cette configuration d'ancien commerce, comme vous auriez pu le remarquer sur les photos fidèles à la réalité. Les 2 chambres donnant sur les arcades possèdent des ouvertures. La plage est effectivement à proximité immédiate sans en avoir la vue, conformément au descriptif. Pros: Close to the Beach, Cute Decor, Washer & Dryer, Big Living Room, 2 Bathrooms. Cons: It was hard to find, because it doesn't look like an apartment, it looks like an abandoned strip mall store. There are no instructions at all, so I had to call the owner for information on the location of the lockbox, the WiFi password, etc., and that was difficult because of the language barrier.

very well equiped apartment nearby the beach

The apartment was very well equiped and was very close to the sea and beach. Distance to the center is ca 20mins by walk. The apartment is a former shop in a gallery - except for one of the 3 bedrooms no windows can be opened in the entire apartment. A technician came by to restore the WIFI and TV but since no password for the WIFI was provided (we asked for it) we could not use it. Overall I considered the rental price for this appartment too high.

Excellent apartment in good locatioing to be critical, it would be nice if there was a booklet

Everything went smoothly. Grandchildren loved the proximity to the beach. Parking sometimes difficult but to be expected in August. The apartment was spacious with all the modern appliances to make life easy. Whilst not wishing to be critical because we had a great holiday, it would have been nice if there had be a "brochure" showing the nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants although it did not take us long to find them. Wonderful holiday and would go there again.

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants à séjourner dans ce CABANON. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. L'appartement est très spacieux, joliment décoré, bien équipé. A seulement 2 min à pied de la mer et de la promenade Marcel Proust 10-15 min à pied du centre ville Le Cabanon est situé dans une rue calme Les divers échanges téléphoniques avec la propriétaire étaient cordiaux Rien à redire : cet appartement est conforme au descriptif Nous le recommandons :)

Un excellent WE Soleil/Mer/Maison

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent WE (2 nuits), nous étions 2 couples + 2 enfants (5 ans et 18 mois). Nous avons ainsi découvert une très très belle maison de vacances, très bien située et où tout était fonctionnel : nous avons apprécié d'avoir à disposition quelques produits ménagers (liquide vaisselle, sac poubelle, ...). Le seul bémol est qu'il a fallu prendre notre lit bébé/parapluie (occupant la moitié d'un coffre de voiture) et une chaise haute sur place nous aurait été bien utile. C'est la raison pour laquelle cette maison n'était pas notre 1er choix et malgré cela tout s'est bien passé et comptons bien y revenir lorsque notre cadet sera plus grand.

Superbe séjour au Cabanon

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Cabourg! Nous étions 6 personnes et le Cabanon de Valérie était l'endroit parfait. À 1 min à pied du front de mer et 10 min à pied du centre ville sa situation est idéale. L'appartement est grand, très bien décoré et tout équipé. Valérie a très bien arrangé la location (envoi de chèques par La Poste puis renvoi des clés en retour). Nous sommes ravis, rien à redire!

Agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (2 nuits) malgré le temps pluvieux en Normandie. L'appartement est bien situé, très spacieux, confortable et conviviale avec de jolie décoration, et surtout très propre. L'accueil était chaleureux. La propriétaire était aimable. Nous avons juste quelques petites remarques à faire au niveau des équipements : Il manque un rideau au salon au niveau de l'escalier et les portes d'entrée, car le soir, si on allume la lumière on peut nous voir, et aussi les rideaux de la chambre en haut sont transparents, ce n'est pas très agréable quand il y a du soleil. Il manque également de radiateurs, et des équipement pour bébés (chaise haute, etc...). Sinon, dans l'ensemble, c'est un joli et spacieux appartement et nous y reviendrons. C'est à recommander.

Merci pour cette appréciation; nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques mais en sommes tout à fait conscients: les radiateurs, déjà prévus, doivent être posés ces jours-ci; quant aux rideaux, ils sont également prévus, notamment au niveau de la porte d'entrée, ainsi que des rideaux plus obturants dans la chambre du 1er.
