Pelican House | Walk to Beach + Pool Access in Seagrove

Welcome to Pelican House, a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located a short walk from the white sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle. This fully stocked home in the heart of the famous 30a is only 1/2 mile from Seaside. Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, ice cream, a convenience store, and more!

The pool is just steps away and includes plenty of space to catch some rays plus shady spots beneath the suspended sails. Two charcoal grills, ample seating, and a couple of hammocks complete the common space shared by just 16 similar cottages along the circle.

Inside you'll find everything you need to feel at home, including fresh paint throughout as of March 2021. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, grilling tools, and dishware, along with a microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. You will appreciate the full size washer/dryer, stove, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. The TV in the living room includes a full soundbar, sub-woofer and DVD player, while each bedroom offers a TV with mini-soundbar. Access 140 channels from DirecTV and WiFi throughout the home. The master bedroom has a full size mirror, iron, ironing board, and a full bathroom. A bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single on top in the second bedroom, combined with the pull-out sofa in the living room, brings the total number of guests to seven.


Be sure to open the drawers of the entertainment center where you'll discover movies, games, and beach reads to enjoy during your visit. A bar cart provides a set of bartending tools so you can indulge in your favorite craft cocktails while watching the sunset from the comfortable patio set on the front porch, overlooking the pool.
