Villa Estrella del Mar – Casa Zih 3 is situated in a beautiful complex that was designed with privacy and tranquility in mind. Each unit is staggered to provide seamless views from sea to sky. Whether relaxing in the comfort of the unit or at the “best infinity pool in Zihua,” the sights and sounds of the sea are all around. You will enjoy the pleasure of hearing and seeing the waves breaking onto the visible golden sand beach below where countless coconut palms sway with the ocean breeze, the glistening sun on the water, and the romantic sunsets across the bay.

Two en suite bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area which is served by a third full bathroom. The beds are very comfortable featuring high-quality cotton linens. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, five burner gas stove, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler/fridge, Keurig coffee brewing system, and a Nespresso Pixie. The kitchen also features granite countertops including a large serving peninsula, a wide array of cooking and serving utensils, a cookbook library, place settings, tableware, and a large selection of specific beverage glassware. A small outdoor gas grill is available to use as well. In addition to a quiet and secluded environment, it is also a perfect place for entertaining as well!

The utility room includes a front-load washer and gas dryer for guest use and a stock of cleaning supplies if needed.

A series of sliding glass accordion doors open the entire condo to the outdoors providing a tranquil breeze along with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Mini-split air conditioners are in all main living areas with ceiling fans throughout the condo. It also includes a CD Stereo System with controllable built-in ceiling speakers and a CD library providing a variety of music choices. The den features a 46" television with access to Netflix and other features as well as a DVD Blue-Ray player with a small selection of DVDs. A small permanent library of books is available to enjoy during your stay.

The Casa Zih complex features a monitored water purification system and excellent sanitation systems. Guests enter the property through a gated entrance by security code. All of the common areas are beautifully landscaped, including the infinity pool area, which features lounge chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor sand shower, plus a bathroom for your convenience.

Set-rate airport pickup services are available for guests and the transportation service will normally be happy to stop at the Mega Soriana (grocery store) on the way to the condo for guests to pick up food supplies, if desired. Villa Estrella del Mar – Casa Zih 3 offers guests the on-demand service of a trusted bilingual taxi service that can provide drop-offs and pickups as needed and can arrange day trips as well. A traditional home chef is sometimes available to shop and prepare delicious meals in the privacy of the condo. Maid service is provided multiple times weekly for all condo guests as well.

The quaint yet vibrant downtown area of Zihuatanejo (El Centro) is just minutes away from the property either by walking or by taxi. A fifteen to twenty minute walk (or five minute taxi ride) opens the door to exploring one of the most charming and friendly settings one can imagine. Downtown Zihuatanejo is an authentic fishing village with a relaxed atmosphere coupled with an eclectic vibe. There are many events and activities at the main square/municipal basketball court. Restaurants are everywhere in El Centro as well as endless shops and varied markets, including the authentic Central Mercado. The Malecon (the beautiful updated oceanfront walkway) has recently been extended from beyond Playa Madera all the way to Playa Principal featuring memorable scenery and numerous oceanfront restaurants. The fisherman's walk on Playa Principal is where the fishermen bring in the "catch of the day" offered fresh for sale. The pier offers water taxi service to Las Gatas Beach across the bay, with still more restaurants, a clear water reef suitable for snorkeling, and an isolated and beautiful setting for relaxation and abundant sunshine.

The condo itself offers splendid access to the favored and very clean mile-long golden sand beach, Playa la Ropa. The waves are generally mild and many activities can be found on the beachfront including sunning, swimming and splashing in the water, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, boogieboarding, tubing, sailing, and, of course, eating and drinking at the many great restaurants on La Ropa.
