T2 50 m² new apartment in a building built in 2015 south / southwest at one minute walk from the mythical place des Lices 3 minutes from the port and 5 minutes from the beach of Ponche. Secure parking in the basement.
The apartment has one bedroom with 160 cm bed and a sofa bed of 160cm also located in the living room. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental as well as a Internet connection. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Two TV are also available, one with DVD player

Good but room for improvement

Had to collect keys from lockbox which required our uber driver to make a detour. Overall, apartment was clean but could have been better in bathroom and underneath furniture in living area. Great location and quiet at night with good air conditioning. Would rent this property again if in St Tropez.

Weihnachten u Silvester

Auch in dieser Zeit ist Saint Tropez ein Traum. Dazu ist die Lage der Wohnung optimal. Im Sommer wenn man gern mit offenem Fenster schläft vielleicht etwas lauter. Dazu funktioniert die Klimaanlage einwandfrei. Sowohl kalt als auch warm. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter einwandfrei. Sehr netter Empfang. Optimal ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Alles perfekt.

Un logement parfait

Tout est haut de gamme dans cette location: Une literie ultraconfortable, des équipements de cuisine plus que complets avec des appareils sophistiqués pour bien plus que nous avions besoin, un équipement télé avec chaine payante offerte sophistiqué, une climatisation excellente auto réglée, un immeuble tout neuf idéalement bien placé. Egalement un parking très très pratique directement dans l'immeuble. Une décoration fait avec gout du mobilier de qualité et tout est neuf et bien sur parfaitement propre. Enfin un accueil très professionnel de la société d'entretien et pas de frais en plus a payer. Et pour finir un propriétaire extrêmement professionnel agréable t discret. toujours à l'écoute et jamais sur votre dos. Le tout pour signaler que cette location fut pour nous la meilleure de toute celles que nous avons eu en 13 ans de séjour réguliers à Saint Tropez. De vrai vacances au paradis. Tout fut très facile et parfait.

Très bonne situation géographique, en plein coeur de Saint-Tropez. Appartement très propre & neuf.

Arrivé le soir un peu tard (21h45), accueilli avec le sourire par Martine qui est restée disponible & qui est très sympathique. Appartement très propre, neuf, bien situé ( à 1 minute à pieds de la place des Lices), parking au sous-sol de la résidence, donc très pratique d'accès également pour prendre la route des plages. Un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation étant donné l'emplacement, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir, le prix étant correct. Je conserve l'adresse 😉

We have rent this flat for a few months due to work at the St Tropez Center. All we can say that it was a good choice. This was not our first experience in St Tropez, so we were really satisfied with this one. Modern, clean and calm. We highly recommend it and would definitely return for another occasion.-

L'appartement situé dans une résidence très récente en plein centre de Saint-Tropez. Appartement de charme avec une vue dégagée sur Saint-Tropez, ensoleillé. Description reelle 100%. Apartment nouveau ,au centre de la ville,tres bien equipe' et tres propre. Parking pour la voiture au sous-sol et tres facile (aussi pour une grande voiture).Proprietaire tres gentile.Le seul probleme ( tres petite mais est le motif pour le quel nous me donnons pas la cinquieme etoile) est que n'est pas possible dormir avec les fenetres ouvert pour le bruise du traffic dans la rue.En tout cas si nous retournerons a Saint Tropez nous aimerons louer de nouveau ce apartment.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Apartment well appointed and clean and very convenient for the centre of St Tropez. We were met by Cecile who was very helpful. Parking is good - we have a big car (Jaguar) and did not have a problem in the underground parking area. My only criticism is that the Philippe Starck Styled Ghost Chairs look good but are very uncomfortable.
