About this property

charming little air-conditioned villa with large garden and parking.

This small villa for two people has been completely renovated. It has a plot of 200 m2 and parking in front of the house.
The studio consists of:
- a shower room with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin cabinet and a washing machine.
- a beautiful air-conditioned living room with large picture window overlooking the garden comprising: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, oven, extractor, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a dining area and a lounge / sleeping area.
- Outside: a dining and lounging area to take full advantage of the generous Corsican sun. (with garden furniture and barbecue).
Sheets and towels are provided.

Ideally located 2 min walk from the train station, and all shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy).
8 min walk from town on foot.
I will be present for the reception and for the end of the stay (handing over the keys in hand) and would be at your disposal if necessary during your stay.

Fabulous location

2 minute walk to station, 3 minute walk to supermarket, 10 minute walk some steep uphill to the beautiful old town. Accommodation was perfect, very comfortable, lots of natural light, with covered veranda and gas BBQ.

Well located flat with lots of privacy

The flat was very clean and nicely furnished. The location is great for visiting Corte on foot and the surrounding countryside by car. Due to the central location, the street noise is audible in the garden, but it didn't bother us. There is a large garden and plenty of space to the nearest neighbours.

Kleines aber feines Studio mit allem was es für den aktiven Urlaub braucht.

Die Vermieter sind freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine solide Grundausstattung. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug anreisen, haben wir uns über bereits Vorhandenes, wie beispielsweise Spüli, Klopapier, Salz & Pfeffer, Müllbeutel,... Die Klimaanlage ist an warmen Tagen und vorallem Nächte grandios. Das Studio wirkst sehr gepflegt!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa casetta per quattro giorni dal 13 al 17 Luglio Conoscevamo Corte per esserci stati alcuni anni fa in campeggio per godere delle escursioni che la zona offre La posizione , appena fuori dal centro, risulta comodissima e permette di godere dell ambiente dal bel giardino La casa, appena sistemata dal marito della proprietaria con gusto e cura dei particolari, è dotata di tutto ciò che serve Anne-Cathrine ci ha accolti con cordialità e disponibilità fornendoci informazioni e suggerimenti Mio marito ed io consigliamo questa sistemazione a chi cerca un piccolo nido per rigenerarsi
