Perigordine villa with panoramic view and heated pool

Recent comfortable house facing south overlooking the Dordogne valley. Great view.
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven-grill, microwave). Dining room / living room with fireplace and new flat screen TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Garage for one car. Upstairs a large bedroom with 160 * 200 and 2 beds of 90 * 190, another with 160 * 190 bed (2 beds of 80 side by side), a large bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
South-facing terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Fully private pool, heated from May to September and covered with retractable roof (5 x 9m), solar shower. Parking for 3 vehicles. Free WIFI access.
Located on the slopes of Bézenac, quiet and not overlooked, you will have a dominant view of the valley from the village of Mouzens to Port d'Envaux. From the house, you can go for a walk in the woods on the plateau or stroll along the river on the GR36 and 64. Or even rent canoes at the beach of Port d'Envaux 5 minutes away. Near Sarlat, it is at the heart of many famous tourist sites: the castles of the valley, the prehistoric sites, the classified villages.

Our little paradise. After a stressful few months, this house gave us the tranquillity we needed. We loved everything about it, including the location; (But, don't drive into the driveway. Go past and turn around up the road:)) This holiday home is the nuts:) My only problem is sharing the review, just in case you book the weeks we want:))

Magnifique maison surplombant la vallée de la Dordogne, avec une vue exceptionnelle. nous avons apprécié la piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraichir! rien ne manque, tout est très propre. beaucoup de sites à visiter à proximité de la maison. Tres bon rapport avec les propriètaires.
