Uzes beautiful area, very wooded, near the Haribo Museum. Large pool (10x5m), garden and 10 000m² park (old olive grove). Figs, cherries, black and white grapes, apples, pomegranates, apricots, medlars, almonds, blackberries can be enjoyed in the garden by season.

design air-conditioned apartment of 70 sqm, recently renovated, comfortable, ground floor in a traditional stone Mazet. The linen is supplied (towels, bath towels and bed), free WIFI. Living / dining room with sofa bed for a 5th person, flat screen TV (LG) with satellite. The open kitchen has a dishwasher (Bosch), induction hob, oven (Siemens), Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer (Liebherr), microwave (Samsung), washing machine (Beko), toaster and kettle. Cleaning products are provided. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet. A bedroom with king size bed (180X200), 2nd bedroom, ideal for children, is equipped with two single beds (90X200).

By car you can reach the city center in about 5 minutes. Artisan baker 1 minute, Carrefour shopping center in 2 minutes.

The region was distinguished in 2015 by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve (the Gorges du Gardon, Uzes and Nimes, June 9, 2015).

Le logement était sombre, notamment du fait de devoir fermer les rideaux ou volets pour avoir de l'intimité vu le vis-a-vis avec les terrasses voisines non précisé dans l'annonce, les ampoules devraient être plus puissantes pour les jeux ou la lecture. Les chaises tâchées, le canapé n'est pas celui qui est sur la photo et plus de toute première fraîcheur. beaucoup de toiles d'araignées. Par contre très bonne literie, au calme et bien situé pour visiter la région. Piscine pas utilisée car pas chauffée en octobre.

Gite bien placé dans cette belle région d'Uzès

La propriété est accueillante et bien entretenue. La piscine est très appréciable, tout comme le terrain pour la pétanque malgré les moustiques, mais cela, le propriétaire n'y peut rien. Seul bémol, il manquait des ustensiles pour cuisiner correctement et la vaisselle était un peu juste ce qui a obligé à faire tourner le lave vaisselle plus que habituellement nécessaire. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si l'occasion s'y prête.

großes Anwesen, leider nicht sehr gepflegt

Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir mußten ihn leider wegen verschiederner Mängel (fehlende Glühbirnen , defektes Schloß, kein Licht im Kühlschrank usw.) sehr oft bemühen. Der Einstieg in das Schwimmbad ist für ältere Menschen ohne Handlauf nicht gut. Fliegengitter wären angebracht .

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Pool bei freundlichem Gastgeber in toller Gegend

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Nicolas, der Gastgeber, ist herzlich und schaut täglich vorbei und ist zudem übers Telefon gut erreichbar (und spricht sehr gut Deutsch). Der Pool ist auch für mehrere Personen groß genug und sehr schön, ebenso der weitläufige Garten! In der Gegend kann man viel unternehmen: mehrere Weltkulturerbe (Pont du Gard, Nimes, Avignon, Orange) sind in der Nähe, man kann auf dem Gorges du Gardon paddeln oder dort baden und Uzès ist ein Traum! Ein mittelalterliches Städtchen mit vielen guten Restaurants und Eisdielen, hübschen Boutiquen und Galerien etc.

Tolles Objekt zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten

Ein gepflegtes Objekt zum Wohlfühlen. Ruhige Lage in der Natur mit einem gepflegten Pool. 8 Minuten zum Bäcker und Supermarkt. Das Objekt ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Provence. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Immer wieder Traumhaft

Wir waren bereits als Familie zum zweiten Mal in einem der Häuser und zwar in dem Dreierkomplex in dem mittleren Haus. Das Haus hat zwei ebenerdige Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Essraum mit Klimaanlage und einer Terrasse, die nicht einsichtig ist. Es hat uns wurde sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter kümmert sich auch direkt um alles. In der Nähe der Häuser befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und es gibt einen Bäcker. Uzès ist auch nicht weit und eine Besichtigung wert. Wir würden immer wiederkommen - sehr zu empfehlen - für Familien, abe auch für Paare.

Immer wieder schön!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder - 3 und 7) und hatten in dem Haus mit den drei Einheiten die mittlere. Sie besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Wohnküche und einer Terrasse, die zum Olivenhain führt, so dass man auch für sich ist. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Häuser uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Es ist sauber, modern und der Vermieter kümmert sich auch um alles. Auch die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Über den Olivenhain kommt man auch zu Fuß gut zum Bäcker, in der Nähe ist ein großer Carrefour. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Très belle région, résidence bien située.

Nous avons regretté le vis à vis côté chambre et côté cuisine, non signalé dans l'annonce. Une odeur d'humidité persistante dans les chambres a peu terni notre séjour. La piscine et la terrasse au top ! Déçus que le propriétaire d'ailleurs très sympathique ne se soit pas déplacé pour notre départ.

Apartment in a mas. Uzès

I stayed for four weeks in one Nicholas' apartments. and was very happy with my stay. It is in an old mas converted into three apartments. It is in a quiet situation, about ten mins drive from Uzes, but is only 5 mins walk from a big Carrefour with petrol station, a very good boulangerie, a bank, and a few other shops. The Haribo museum was also close by. There is a gym about 5 minutes drive away, on the way into Uzès, and also a bicycle hire place near the gym. There were two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed. The apartment was equipped with everything one could wish for, including a modern kitchen with washing machine, one of those coffee capsule machines (with capsules supplied), tv, and air conditioning in the main living room / kitchen area. There is a small terrace outside with a table and chairs and parasol, and a large garden / park area with olive trees and a fig tree. There is a swimming pool that is shared with a couple of other properties on site, but was never very busy during my June- July stay. Also a parking area for five or six cars that is shared with the other properties on site. Nicholas is very pleasant, and usually on site most days if advice, information or help is needed, or is only a telephone call away. My only gripe was internet was a little slow, and reception very patchy. Only working in a small area. Other than that I passed a very enjoyable time in the apartment.
