Rental charming house in the heart of Sancy Valley, in a quiet and friendly village, located 5 km from the center of LA BOURBOULE and 8 km from the city center of Mont-Dore.

At the ground floor:
    - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) open to living room.
- Living room / lounge (flat screen TV 127 cm)
    - Bathroom with shower.
- Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a water point.

Upstairs :
    - Two bedrooms each with a bed 140/190.
- A room consists of two bunk beds.

Attached land with garden furniture and barbecue.

Duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Très bon séjour chez Patricia, la maison est propre et confortable et dans un cadre magnifique. Seul point noir : presque pas de réseau et le wifi ne marche pas bien , ce qui rend difficile l’accès au recherches d’activités.

Dans les moins ; attention car la chambre des enfants est communicante avec une chambre double, et la quantite de vaisselle (couvert) est un peu juste pour faire 2 repas a 6. Maison cosy et confortable, très propre, bien chauffée. Le hameau est très calme et buccolique avec le passage de poules, chien et chats. Bien située pour accéder aux stations (Mont Dore ou Besse).

Sympathique maison dans un écrin de verdure

Petite maison en pierre bien aménagée (petit bémol pour la douche), décorée avec goût et bien équipée . Prévoir toute l'épicerie car il n'y a pas même du sel sur place. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, gazon et terrasse avec du mobilier moderne. On a la visite des poules et chats du voisinage, peu farouches. Pas l'idéal pour des personnes mesurant plus de 1,75 m au niveau du rez de chaussé. Hôtesse disponible et arrangeante.

Vous cherchez un endroit où vous reposer, vous ressourcer ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit hameau paisible. Patricia est une dame accueillante, la maison est d’une propreté, la literie est irréprochable (très important lorsque l’on fait de grandes randonnées). Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin qui est très agréable, avec la compagnie des poules très appréciée par les enfants ! En clair, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, l’accès rapide pour aller à la Bourboule et le Mont doré permet de faire beaucoup d’activités, et pour les amoureux de la randonnée, il y a pleins d’accès pour rejoindre les différents sentiers. Les volcans se trouvent à même pas 1 heure de route. Nous recommandons ce logement haut la main. Merci pour l’accueil. Rachel, Matthias et leurs deux enfants.

Propriété très agréable, chambres très grandes et la chambre enfant est très jolie et fonctionnel. La maison est fraîche et donc très appréciable pendant les fortes chaleurs. Très belle location au cœur du Sancy. Le lieu est très calme, le paysage alentour est magnifique, les vaches paissent paisiblement dans les pâturages voisins et notre fille a adoré avoir la visite des poules. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et toujours prêts à rendre service. La location est très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Très belle location tout à fait conforme aux photos .Nous n'avons pas été déçus! Très propre, très bien équipée et joliment décorée : bravo aux propriétaires ( très sympathiques !)! La maison se situe dans un hameau très calme, il y fait bon se reposer et se promener... mais très proche de La Bourboule et du mont-Dore. de nombreuses visites à faire dans un rayon de 30 kms et des paysages magnifiques quelle que soit la direction prise ! Vraiment nous avons passé de très agréables vacances , c'était parfait !

Super logement nous venons de passer 3 semaines pour la cure de nos enfants! ce logement est d'une propreté impeccable il est tres bien équipé!! le jardin avec les poules et coqs ont bien amusé nos garçons! c'est vraiment une maison agréable avec un emplacement en pleine campagne qui est vraiment calme. La propriétaire est tres gentil et vraiment a disposition de ses locataires! logement que nous recommandons!
