love this property except for the service at the bar/grill by the koi fish. This is the second and last time that we have been dissatisfied at this restaurant!

It was great after we changed units on the 2nd day.

We love the property. It is a great place for kids and the units are large and nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the first day of our visit did not go smoothly. It was 5:00 before we could go to the unit. The unit smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk who responded bt sending up a man with some sort of Febreeze. He did not say a word, but started spraying the carpets. So it then smelled like smoke and chemicals. We had our 4 year old twin grandchildren with us and I do not believe it was healthy for them. I requested a move. Management said they were completely full and there was no where else to go. Thankfully we checked again the next morning and we were able to move to a nice unit. The staff was very helpful in moving our luggage to another building. We enjoyed the remaining two days.
