On the 2nd floor, facing East (rising sun), this accommodation is composed of a living room (sofa bed for 2 people) with equipped kitchenette (3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher ), a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) + TV, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate WC. The living room as well as the bedroom give access to the 10m² terrace with garden furniture. TV, Wifi, Air conditioning, Parking in a non-private residence, Swimming pool.
