Casale il Baronetto is an historic building dating from the late 18th century, carefully restored using original recycled materials found on site. The Casale is in a panoramic position on Piano San Vincenzo and discover magnificent views of the Gran Sasso and the hills of Teramo. "La Luna" is annexed to the main building and is well equipped. It include: a double bedroom, a bathroom,a kitchenette and a living room , total 35m2. is accessed by a separate entrance and has a car park. They have a spacious terrace. in the outdoor area are available barbecue, relax zone with pool. To explore the many hidden places in nature that surrounds us, are available Montain Bikes. Breakfast (included in the price). The renewable energy plants, the rational use of resources, recycling, and the self-production of food, make the stay at Casale il Baronetto become a holiday completely sustainable and that the guest will not leave any mark at their departure, except that its memory

Feel at home in Abruzzo!

The property is surrounded by gorgeous scenery in a charming and rustic home. The hosts are a lovely couple who immediately made us feel welcome; providing us with amazing food (much of it grown on their property), and advising us on where to go to get the most of our time in the beautiful province of Abruzzo. The places they recommended were rich with the culture and history of the area, not to mention the picturesque views of the mountains and the Adriatic sea! Would recommend to all!

The location of this B&b is excellent and It is really close to the main attractions as sea and mountain. Is a quiet, eco,cozy, confortable and convenient place to stay.The rooms have their own kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable beds.Has an awesome view!! Josef and Jasmine (the hostes) were very friendly . I sure am going back and when I go I'm staying at "casale il Baronetto" again. You probably won't find anything good as cheap as this, either.This was one of the best b&B I ever stayed in.The Hostes are such nice people, so helpful and really nice to hang out with. This b&b is really made with a lot of love. I'm Vegeterian and here is for me the paradise!!! All the best! S.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für eine Woche im Casale Baronetto und waren begeistert. Yasmina und Josef haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und uns mit hervorragendem Essen, tollen Ausflugstips und interessanten Gesprächen eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche beschert. Besonders gut hat uns die idyllische Lage zwischen Bergen und Meer gefallen. Der Campo Imperatore ist wirklich wie Klein-Tibet und Josef hatte gute Tipps für Strände und kulturelle Highlights. Die Kinder haben sich sofort mit Katze Coffee und Gans Gertrude angefreundet, den Pool genossen und natürlich Yasminas leckere Kekse!!! Wir bedanken uns nochmal bei unseren herzlichen Gastgebern und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Indimenticabile soggiorno

Scopro per caso questa stupenda realtà in una terra che credevo di conoscere bene. La struttura e' inserita in un tranquillissimo contesto rurale che beneficia della vista del Gran Sasso. Cio che però mi ha affascinato di più e stato il modello di vita che mi è stato proposto, ovvero un soggiorno all'insegna dell'eco sostenibilità e della semplicità nell'atmosfera familiare creata da Josef e Mina, i titolari della struttura, per gli ospiti. La saggezza, i consigli e gli insegnamenti di Josef su come possa mutarsi una vita omologata dalla fretta e dal consumismo ad una più sana, a contatto con la natura e nel suo rispetto, mi hanno realmente affascinato. Mi ha fatto piacere scoprire che qualcuno coraggiosamente ce l'ha fatta. Del mio soggiorno Mi mancheranno la semplicità e tuttavia la cura degli ambienti, la quiete, i manicaretti preparati per colazione dalla dolce Mina, l'affetto e le coccole di Simba, l'affettuoso labrador di casa, le fusa di Coffee, il micio e l'incedere schivo di Gertrude, l'oca. Porto con me questa bella esperienza certo che mai dimenticherò questi luoghi e l'altrettanto bella umanità di cui ho avuto l'onore esser ospite.

Mehr als nur Familie !!

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche mit wunderbaren Menschen und Zimmernachbarn erlebt. Der Hausherr spricht deutsch und erklärt einem alles rund um den Ort und ist rund um die Uhr für einen da. Die Dame des Hauses ist ein Engel mit zwei Beinen und kocht aus selbst hergestellten Zutaten, traditionelles und naturbewusstes Essen. An heißen Tagen verbrachten die Kinder die Sonne im hauseigenen Pool. Zum Ausgehen empfehle ich die Orte Penne und Pescara. Zusammenfassend müssen wir sagen, es hat sich mehr als gelohnt und ich wir empfehlen jedem eine Reise dort hin. Eine Kritik gibt es.....Die eine Woche war zu kurz ;)) Liebe Grüße

Una ottima scoperta

Posto senza fronzoli, non aspettatevi aria condizionata o tv satellitare ma cosa di meglio delle parole intorno ad un tavolo, propietari attenti alle vs esigenze e conoscitori del magnifico ambiente che è il Gran Sasso lato teramano fino al mare. Persone orgogliose e forti di una scelta: autoproduzione e km zero tutto è fatto lì o scambiato con i vicini, elaborato in cucina da Mina come vuole tradizione.. colazioni abbondanti.

Casale Il Baronetto - come in famiglia

Ospitalità, familiarità, semplicità e disponibilità, sono le prime caratteristiche che si possono trovare al Casale Il Baronetto, per il viaggiatore che cerca anche un luogo rilassante, fuori dalla frenesia del mondo che corre veloce. Un luogo che consente di raggiungere in meno di 1 ora il bel mare di Pineto degli Abruzzi e, nello stesso tempo, l'attraente altipiano di Campo Imperatore, affascinante come pochi altri luoghi. Josef e Mina, che conducono la struttura con grande rispetto per l'impatto ambientale, sono persone uniche con le quali ci si intende al volo, senza troppe parole. A loro ci lega un rapporto a distanza che coltiviamo nel cuore.

Wir kommen wieder!!

Wir waren nun das dritte mal bei Jasmin und Josef zu Gast. Die eine Woche, die wir gebucht hatten, war diesmal zu kurz. Mit dem großen Pool, der erst kurz vorher fertiggestellt war und den Sonnenliegen wurden wir total überrascht. So kann man auch mit Kindern den Tag bequem im Objekt verbringen. Dennoch haben wir wieder einige lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele erreicht, Wasserfall, Flussbadestelle, Schlucht, eine wunderschöne Bergwanderung vom Campo Imperatore aus und natürlich Baden in der Adria. Josef hat da ein paar Geheimtipps. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, die Köstlichkeiten von Jasmin, der Wein und die absolute Ruhe mitten in der Natur haben unseren Urlaub wieder einmal unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank!!!

Herzliche Gastgeber mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten in einer wunderschönen und nachhaltigen Umgebung

Bei Jasmin und Josef fühlten wir uns auf Anhieb wohl. Die traumhafte Lage mit direkten Blick auf das Gran Sasso Massiv, die herzliche italienische Gastfreundschaft, das kulinarischen Abendessen in gemeinsamer und ungezwungener Atmosphäre, der liebevolle Bauernhof mit allen Kräutern und Früchten, welche die Erde hergibt und die jedes Essen so schmackhaft und gesund machen, sogar mit einem Pool zum Erfrischen und Entspannen und vieles mehr machen diesen Ort nunmehr zu unserem Urlaubshighlight. Bei unserem Besuch konnten wir uns selbst davon überzeugen, dass Jasmin und Josef ein echtes Interesse an einem nachhaltigen Tourismus und einer sauberen Welt haben. Sie gaben uns kulinarische Einblicke in die regionale Küche und Tipps, wie wir unsere eigene Ernährungen gesünder gestalten können. Es lag ihnen sehr am Herzen im Einklang mit der Natur zu leben und genauso ihren Gästen ein Stück davon mitzugeben. Mit ihren Vorschlägen zu Tagesausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region bereicherten Sie unseren Urlaub in den Abruzzen sehr. Und wir erfuhren auch von weiteren Ideen, welche die Beiden noch vorhaben um den Urlaub für ihre Gäste noch traumhafter zu gestalten. Für Kinder bietet der kleine Bauernhof mit seinen Hühnern, Gänsen, Kaninchen, Katzen und Hunden eine ideale Möglichkeit zur gemeinsamen morgendlichen Fütterung. Rund um ein gemütlicher Ort im Herzen der Abruzzen mit ebenso herzlichen Menschen. Un séjour inoubliable

Nous (2 adultes et 3 enfants) avons eu la chance de passer quelques jours chez Jasmine et Josef cet été. C'est un très bel endroit, au calme, à partir duquel il est aisé de visiter la région (nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle plage de Pineto et les superbes paysages de Campo Imperatore). Les appartements sont confortables et bien équipés, les petits déjeuners sont copieux, excellents, tout est fait maison. Les diners sont exceptionnels, pour une découverte de la cuisine familiale Italienne: chaque soir, une farandole de plats aux saveurs variées élaborés avec des produits bio locaux ... une expérience en soi.(Grazie Jasmine). Jasmine et Josef sont des hôtes attentionnés, et enthousiastes qui ont à coeur de vous faire partager leur mode de vie. Un grand merci à eux. Gaël

Wonderful vacation in the organic paradise

Me and my favorite person was lucky enough to holiday in this beautiful and unique corner of the Italian countryside. House "Casale il Baronetto" - a beautiful and secluded place surrounded by mountains, nature and a unique kindness and hospitality of the hosts Josef and Jasmine. In all apartments of supported by cleanliness, warmth and comfort. Super delicious breakfasts are served from environmentally friendly (organic) local produce. In the evening you can afford the pleasure - the divine varied Italian dinner with cute and hospitable hosts who will gladly answer any questions, support the interesting conversation and are regaled divine drinks for every taste. Joseph gave us constant attention - driving us in his car in a remarkably beautiful and interesting places - a mountain pastures and mountain ranges with beautiful views, old fortress Rocca Calascio and the church of Santa Maria della Pieta on top of the mountain massif of Gran Sasso, the old cityes in the mountains, the Adriatic coast. I will definitely will recommend my relatives, friends and acquaintances this amazing place of rest which is perfect - both for the relaxation or an active rest. Amazing!

Staying with Josef, Jasmine and their family was a wonderful experience. The accommodation and location were beyond what I expected. The hospitality, and kindness of Jasmine and Josef were truly amazing. The food was organic, home grown and bursting with nutrition and flavour. I returned to the UK glowing with health and happiness :) The local area and scenery were breathtaking. There is plenty to see and enjoy, a true taste of traditional Italy :) Seeing and understanding how Josef and Jasmine manage their farm in a thoroughly organic, eco friendly way was a revelation and I felt privileged to have met them. I highly recommend staying here, it is far more than just accommodation! Thanks Mike

Ein Bio-urlaub der keine Wünsche Übrig lässt!!! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit bei euch! So liebevoll und freundlich. Es wird auf jeden Biologischen Essens-Wunsch eingegangen. Von Vegetarisch bis Veagn ist alles frisch und 100% ig Bio!!! Alles ist Umweltfreundlich, Biologisch und das beste, das essen, wird immer 100% frisch, biologisch, und kommt direkt aus dem wunderschönen Biologischen Garten, der von A bis Z Umweltfreundlich durchdacht ist. Vom Anbau, das Bewässerungssystem bis hin zur Ernte, und zur Lagerung und zur Verarbeitung. Die Landschaft ein Traum. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut Preiswert. Waren über den günstigen Preis echt erstaunt bei so einem Service!!! Sau viele Möglichkeiten, es ist für jeder Mann was dabei. Wunderschöne Sand und Kies-Strände, Wunderschöne Wanderwege auf denen Man 100%ig Wildpferden begegnet. Romantische alte Städtchen. Super reine Luft zum Atmen. Es ist einfach ein purer Genuss für Gaumen, Augen, und die Seele. Empfehle ich jedem bewusst Lebenden Menschen der sich mit seiner Familie erholen möchte. Urlaub!

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von der wunderschönen Natur. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und sie gingen von Anfang an auf alle unsere Wünsche ein. Das Essen war absolut genial! Wer Ruhe sucht, wert auf gutes und gesundes Essen legt, gerne Wandert und keinen Trubel oder "Luxus" braucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

100% Nachhaltiger Urlaub in Geheimtipp Abruzzen

OBJEKT 1391273 wir waren echt ueberrascht! Meine Familie und ich konnten es kaum glauben, dass sowas in Italien existiert. Die Angaben auf der Homepage sind exakt: Photovoltaik fuer den Stromverbrauch, Solar-Thermie fuer das Brauchwasser, Regenwasser-Sammlung, Oeko-Aufbereitung des Abflusswasser und Nutzung fuer den Garten, Muelltrennung und Recycling und vieles mehr. Sogar die Mobilitaet war perfekt, wir konnten Mountain Bikes ausleihen und das Umfeld explorieren, mitten in der Natur. E-Bikes sind in Planung. Jasmin und Josef haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefunden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Platz fuer uns mehr als ausreichend, die Ausstattung war komplett und funktional, einen Swimmingpool haben wir ueberhaupt nicht vermisst, haette in diesem Umfeld auch nicht gepasst. Obwohl es sehr viel zu sehen gab, sind wir gerne "zu Hause" geblieben, allein das Gefuehl zu haben, zu leben ohne jeglichen Umweltschaden zu machen, war das fuer uns eine einmalige Gelegenheit. Waehrend meine Frau und ich uns in der spaetsommerliche Sonne behaglich ausgestreckt haben, haben sich unsere Kinder im Spielplatz ausgetobt oder auf Erkundung im Wald, oder die vielen Enten und Huehner gefuttert. Das Beste war aber das Abendessen mit der Familie, zusammen mit Jasmin, Josef und andere Gaeste haben wir am abend das verspeisst, was der Garten tagsueber produziert hat, wir konnten sogar die Fruechte selbst sammeln und Jasmin hat sie mit ihr Koennen sie am Abend in wunderbare Gerichte umgewandelt, fuer meine Frau, eine Vegetarierin, war dies wirklich ein Paradies. Es war auch die richtige Gelegenheit Erfahrungen auszutauschen und den Trip fuer die naechsten Tag zu planen. Abruzzen bietet sehr viel und die Zeit ist immer zu wenig. Wir konnten auch viele Ausfluiege unternehmen, wie z.B. In Campo Imperatore, Schluchten, an den verschiedenen Straenden und in den vielen historischen Staedte wie Penne, Atri, Chieti. Es war wirklich ein einzigartiges und vollkommenes Urlaub, wir werden diesen Geheimtip an unsere Freunde weitergeben und bestimmt nochmal kommen. Danke Jasmin und Josef, auch fuer das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk, wir haben es schon gekostet zusammen mit unsere Freunde, waehrend wir die Uraubsfotos zusammen angeschaut haben. Andreas B.

Cara Jasmin e Josef Siamo ben giunti a casa. Nel nostro cuore siete rimasti per tante cose, siete due persone fantastiche sono onorata di essere stata da voi e di avervi potuto conoscere. Casale il Baronetto Castiglione Messer Raimondo. N. annuncio 1391273 Il luogo , la casa ed i servizi forniti hanno rispecchiato a pieno tutta la descrizione del sito, il rispetto dell'ambiente, la pulizia e l'ospitalità dei proprietari davvero unica , ma ciò che ha reso la vacanza nel casale il Baronetto davvero eccezionale è stata la serenità e l'amicizia riscontrata da tutta la famiglia , una sensazione che ti coinvolge e ti fa sentire parte di loro e di un luogo da sogno. Un punto di partenza x visitare tanti luoghi e scenari quasi dimenticati come Campo Imperatore, Castelli il paese della ceramica, le suggestive passeggiate nel Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo ecc.. e le serate con le cene insieme alla famiglia per condividere le giornate. un punto chiave dell'ospitalità è confrontarsi con persone davvero speciali come i proprietari davanti a dei piatti davvero unici e biologici realizzati da una donna speciale. Posso garantire che torneremo e faremo di tutto x consigliarlo ad amici e conoscenti. Vi ringraziamo.

Italienische Lebensart erLEBEN

Wir haben bei Euch wundervolle Tage verbracht! Unser Urlaub hat sich allseitig mehr als gelohnt. Wir wurden in heimische Atmosphäre aufgenommen und waren quasi Teil der "familia". Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt und reichte vom Platz perfekt. Aber das allerallerbeste war das unglaublich gute Abendessen mit der Familie. Jeden Abend andere italienisch kulinarische Spezialitäten, hausgemacht! Wir haben auf alle Fälle einen tollen Einblick in das italiensche Leben und vorallem in Euren Lebenstil bekommen! Wirklich toll! Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben. Der Abschied fiel allen schwer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke an Jasmin, Josef und Anna :)

Wer italienische Gastfreundschaft, Küche und Natur auf höchstem Niveau erleben und genießen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Lassen sie ihre Kinder Tiere mit füttern, ernten sie selbst, was sie am Abend verspeisen und erfahren sie im Gespräch mit Jasmin und Josef alles, was sie schon immer über Italien und seine Menschen wissen wollten.
