About this property

At the foot of the slopes, sleeps 4 + 2 infants. Renovated apartment.

Ground floor in fully renovated chalet (renovation summer 2015).

70 m² composed of: 2 bedrooms (double bed bedroom 1160x200, bedroom 2: 140x190), a bathroom with shower + heated towel rail, new kitchen with dishwasher + washing machine, lounge dining room with large wooden table . the 3rd bed is a 140x190 sofa bed in the 30m² living room.
Sheets are to be brought and cleaning is not included in the service.
Access to the slopes in less than a minute on skis (chrono in hand). Ideal with children because direct access (no walking or shuttle to take). You leave the chalet, put on your skis and off you go! Direct access to the blue "Baliu" piste (currently snowy piste).
Summer 2015 renovation of the interior and exterior of the chalet (insulation standards 2015 etc ...).
In the quiet (Pla del Mir district), you will find the authenticity of the chalet and the modernity of the current dwellings thanks to its equipment.
The 1st floor is never rented.
The ground is flat (children can play outside without danger) and the ground floor has a terrace for summer meals.
NEW FOR 2016-2017: a shoe / glove dryer has been installed for more comfort. It can accommodate 6 pairs.
Les Angles is a wonderful resort in winter (skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snake sliding, laser biathlon, sledding) as in summer (bike park, gondola lift with altitude restaurant open in summer, the beach in the mountains with the lake from Matemale 5 mins by car, fishing and duck couples at Lake Balcère 5 mins by car from the chalet).
There are 2 cheese factories where your visit is compulsory as well as 3 thermal baths (open in winter and in summer) within 30 minutes by car for a total change of scenery.
Matemale Lake is fully equipped for summer (water sports, mountain biking, mini golf, pony ride ...) and organizes special activities in winter such as the sled dog for children.
The chalet is 500 meters from the zoo which offers walks to meet the animals of the Pyrenees. To do in winter and in summer for the change of scenery and inhabitants (ex: hinds in the snow in winter, with the little ones in summer ...).

le logement est globalement bien, malgré des petites réparations à effectuer. Le point noir pour nous a été la douche qui est vraiment trop petite, bac d'environ 70x70 avec passage pour rentrer dans le douche étroit (il faut rentrer de biais). l'endroit est calme (résidentiel) avec place de parking devant la maison, mais ne comptez pas avoir de la vue, il y a un chalet de l'autre côté du chemin

séjour ski en mars 2022

Bel appartement assez grand au RdC d'un chalet, avec une très belle salle de séjour et 2 chambres confortables. Salle de bains un peu petite. Celle-ci convient bien pour deux personnes, mais serait un peu juste pour 4 personnes et a fortiori pour 6 personnes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un jeu de clé pour l'appartement. Deux au minimum seraient appréciables. La personne qui remet la clé est très gentille et est facilement joignable au téléphone. Il faut se mettre d'accord avec elle sur l'heure d'arrivée, quelques jours avant. Proximité de la piste de Baliu intéressante. On peut s'y rendre à pied (50-60m). On peut également aller dans le centre des Angles à pied (environ 800m) Particularité intéressante en hiver: il possède un appareil pour faire sécher les chaussures de ski!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au sein de la station des Angles, dans le logement de Mme Gessier. L'emplacement est parfait pour un accès rapide aux pistes de ski et pour que les enfants puissent venir nous voir ! Secteur adapté aux familles avec des enfants, diverses activités proposées autres que le ski . Très proche du centre de la station en quelques minutes en voiture. Logement propre, literie confortable. Le seul bémol et inconvénient du logement est la douche 🚿. Malheureusement elle est très petite et pas pratique pour les enfants en bas âge. Peut-être envisager de faire quelques travaux ? Et ce serait parfait ! Nous gradons précieusement l'adresse pour une autre période de vacances ! Valentine & family !

très beau chalet et séjour très agréable

notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le chalet est très beau , tout neuf , décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé ( literie, cuisine...). situé en hauteur, nous avions une belle vue sur le centre des angles surtout le soir. Le contact avec les gérants s'est bien passé. Merci à Mme Luz qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. je recommande vivement cette location . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Agréable séjour

Très bon séjour ! Le chalet est très calme et agréable (malgré quelques que petits choses à réparer "chevets, volet roulant, chasse d'eau qui s'evacue mal"). La taille de la douche devrais être signalé dans l'annonce car ne convient pas aux personnes de forte corpulence. Sinon le salon, salle à manger est spacieux. Le jardin est super, avec une petite cabane fabriqué avec du bois, les enfants se regale. Il y a machine à laver, étendoir, lave vaisselle, petit barbecue, table de jardin, sèche cheveux, balai, aspirateur, serpillière. Pas mal de rangement, chambre, salle à manger, cuisine... Je le recommande 👍🏻😊 C'était notre deuxième année dans ce chalet et sûrement pas la dernière 😁

Chalet bien placé (a 10 minutes à pied du centre des angles) Place de parking. Le chalet est bien agencé et constitué. La douche est effectivement légèrement petite mais cela se fait. Quelques soucis au niveau de l’état du chalet mais prévenu par la personne qui remet les clefs donc pas de surprise

Le chalet est bien situé, au calme, et proche du centre ville à pied avec possibilité de navettes (non testé). Prestations de qualité (bonne literie avec plusieurs couettes, cuisine bien aménagée, grand séjour agréable, volets électriques, sèche serviettes, place de parking à l'extérieur...). La cabine de douche est un peu étroite mais reste fonctionnelle. Petit bémol sur les produits ménagers (pas de nettoyant pour les surfaces au sol et sac d'aspirateur plein sans recharge). Notre séjour s'est très bien passé sur cette location. Beaucoup d'activités à faire dans la région.

Location très bien situé parmis les sapins. Un peu éloigné du village mais avec la navette au bas de la rue ,le problème est résolu ! Seul bémol, la salle de bain et surtout la douche, cela mériterait d'être précisé dans l' annonce car tout le monde ne peut y rentrer ! Mais cela n a pas entaché notre satisfaction pour la location.
