Just 2km from the Bourg Saint-François, 3kms from the Raisins Clairs beach and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Anse à la Gourde, this apartment offers stunning terrace of 26 sqm with a panoramic view (180 °) on the island of Marie Galante.
To appreciate the landscape and relax, the terrace has an elegant outdoor sofa.
Designed for 2 adults and a baby, the apartment has exceptionally comfortable thanks to the care given to furniture, bedding and equipment at your disposal.

toch beetje ontgoocheld

Het appartement deed wel aan onze verwachtingen, maar... we kregen meteen te horen dat we 2 dagen in die week geen water zouden hebben van 18u. tot 6u. Dus op die dagen mag je zeker geen lange uitstap maken naar het strand want dan kan je u niet meer douchen. En eigenlijk ook op de andere dagen was het beter om je al tegen 17u te douchen want later op de avond liep de douche nog amper door. Iedere dag lag er ook een grote plas water aan het toilet en was de geur echt niet aangenaam. Wij kozen ook dit appartement omdat er Wifi aanwezig was. Niets was minder waar... amper op een hele dag hadden we enkele minuten internet. Het appartement zelf is heel aangenaam en is ideaal gelegen maar we waren toch ook wat ontgoocheld. Moesten dan ook nog betalen voor 'le ménage' wat niet vermeld was.

Ravis d'avoir séjourné dans cet appart!

Nous avons été ravis d’arriver à l’appartement ! Super accueil d’Éric qui nous a fait visiter les lieux et donné quelques recommandations de restos et de marchés autour, qui nous furent d’ailleurs plutôt utiles . Le petit déjeuner inclus pour le premier matin était délicieux et complet. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien fourni. Le logement est très propre. Le balcon faisant face à la mer et à Marie-Galante est très apprécié matin et soir. Le secteur est assez tranquille et sécuritaire. Pour ceux qui comme nous apprécient la clim pour dormir, sachez qu’elle fonctionne très bien. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et nous a permis de préparer des repas presque chaque soir sans problèmes. Tous les électros fonctionnent bien. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement !

Magnifique location tout à fait conforme à la description . Propre claire agréable à vivre parfaitement équipée .. Il ne manque rien ! La vue sur la mer et marie galante est imprenable et l'accueil d Eric est tres chaleureux ainsi que ses recommandations . Une villa ou il fait bon vivre .. Nous y avons séjourné un mois avec grand plaisir'.. Nous y reviendrions avec joie . Une voiture est absolument nécessaire pour profiter du séjour Nadege et Pierre Marie

Merci à Eric pour l'accueil et les conseils L'appartement correspond bien aux photos, aucunes surprises, la vues est tout simplement top, juste en face de marie galante,c'est super calme, le bruit des vagues en musique de fond pour déguster un bon tipunch dans le canapé de la terrasse, aucun vis a vis.L'appartement est très bien équiper,tout est neuf et rénové avec gout,ce qui est plutot rare en général...Idéalement situé entre saint-françois (la marina avec ses bars et restos) et saint anne (plage magnifique, surtout celle de la caravelle, meme si le clubmed cherche a se l'accaparer avec tous leurs transats...) Bref ,nous avons passé 15 jours au paradis avec notre petite de 2ans, nous recommandons ce logement le seul point d'amélioration: du beurre demi-sel plutot que du beurre doux...lol, sinon tout est parfait anthony, lise et agathe

Très bel appartement niché dans la verdure avec vue splendide sur la mer. D'une grande propreté, literie impeccable,bien équipé, belle terrasse, etc....enfin tout pour passer un séjour inoubliable et pour y retourner sans problème. Un grand merci à Eric pour sa disponibilité ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner prévu pour le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Parfait!!!

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour notre 1er séjour en Guadeloupe début janvier 2016 et nous en sommes plus que ravis! Accueil aux petits soins par Eric et ses gentils chiens, dépaysement instantané face à la vue de la terrasse, et tout est aussi beau voir plus beau que sur les photos! Nous avons séjourné 10 jours mais l'appartement est si bien équipé que nous aurions pu y rester des mois, nous n'avons manqué de rien, et par contre, ce petit coin de paradis nous manque déjà... Se réveiller face à la mer turquoise, diner face à ce bel horizon, ça n'a pas de prix! J'ajoute également qu'il est tres bien situé, nous avions loué une voiture pour notre séjour et notre emplacement était à proximité de tous les sites et places à visiter, et commerces facilement accessibles. Excellente.

Tout d'abord merci à Eric pour son accueil chaleureux. Punch, corbeille de fruits, petit déjeuner nous attendaient. Appartement superbe et confortable tel que décrit sur le site. Les soirées sur la terrasse Le séjour a été idyllique.....mais trop court.
